Operation Assistant Manager – Personal Lines
Responsible for :
- Develop and implement plans in conjunction with PL profit center management on new initiative to insure proper operational & system support is provided in the areas of UW, portfolio management, actuarial analysis, marketing, policy processing, claims, customer service for all Personal Lines operation
- Work closely with O & S to ensure system initiative are aligned to PL PC strategies. Act as liaison between PL PC and Country / Region Operation & System function area in developing and implementing enhanced processes concurrent with new system developments.
- Coordinate with local Customer Service Group to manage the transaction volumes and monitoring the Unit Cost Models that is being developed by CSG which will be under supervision of PL PC.
- Involve in Unit Cost Model meeting which conduct by CSG and analyse the process and cost.
- Identify improvement opportunities based on the data collected and implement plans and process improvements to measure the performance of the newly developed process, this also to re-timing the CSG process in terms of policy issuance for PL PC.
- To be able to identify the root causes of inefficient operation and overcome the existing inefficiencies and mitigate the risk that might occur for personal lines department, such as to create SOP and Flowchart to ensure that all activities are in place.
- Set up Service Legal Agreement when necessary with other external business partner.
- Managing day to day operational activities, which involve internal and to other departments.
- Oversee Business Requirement Definition (BRD) or any type of change request for system implementation pertaining to PL.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree, preferable IT background
- Experience as operational officer at least 2 years
- Willing to work hard & quick learner
- Outspoken and have experience in project leading
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
