Internal Auditor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree major Accounting
- Min 1year experience as Internal Auditor
- Experience as an Independent Auditor in Public Accountant is an advantage
- Thorough knowledge regarding taxation & general accounting procedures
- Ability to work under tight schedules
- Fluency in English Both oral and written
Project Manager (PM)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably civil) or Business Project Management from a reputable university
- Ability to communicate in English
- Have 5 yrs exp. in construction / maintenance / project management as Project Manager e.g. buildings or store facilities
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Ms Project, AutoCAD)
- Ability to analyze construction drawings and BOQs
- Ability to monitor & maintain project time schedules
- Willing to travel around sites for project supervision
- Have SIM A & C
- Ability to manage in-house maintenance team
