Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Requirements:

Minimum S1 Degree from any discipline
Minimum GPA 2, 75
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
Having wide networking and target oriented
Fluent in English

MIS Application Development Team Leader (MSTL)
Requirements:

A Bachelor / Master’s Degree from reputable university
Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise-wide software development, preferably in Financial and Banking industries as Senior System Analyst
Have experience and familiar with software development of reporting system, OLAP and Business Intelligence
Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, C/C++, Java/XML and Cognos are preferred
Able to adapt and work under tight timeline, fast-changing and high pressure environment
A team leader with mature attitude and excellent interpersonal/communication skill, and ability to deal with people from all levels in professional manner
High level of negotiation, persuasion, verbal/written reporting and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

Managing MIS reporting projects
As a Lead Analyst, involve and coach during analysis, design, test and deployment stages of software development, and ensure integrity of relationship between various modules
Manage and supervise development teams to meet project timeline and deliver high quality MIS modules

Assistant Account Officer (AAO)
Requirements:

Minimum S1 Degree from any discipline
Minimum GPA 2, 75
Strong analytical thinking
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Detailed, process oriented and persistence
Fluent in English

CS/Teller (CST)
Requirements:

Minimum D3 Degree from any discipline
Minimum GPA 2, 75
Good in communication skill
Well groom
Fluent in English
Max 26 years old

Account Officer
Requirements:

Min. S1 Graduated from any major
Min experience in SME & Commercial 2 years
Having wide Network & Analytical Skill
Good communication & Influencing Skill
Result oriented & Innovative

Main Responsibilities:

Conducting Marketing activities to perspective customers and analyzing financial feasibilities until signing process, to support lending target achievement according standard lending procedure
Maintaining existing accounts
Selling Lending Product as targeted
