Finance & Accounting Officer
Responsibilities:
- Preparing the company’s daily petty cash, journal, banking, payment, invoice
- Making reconciliation, cash flow for the owner
- Handling other day to day in the finance and accounts department
- Filling and administrative work
- Maintaining good communication with customers and suppliers
Requirements:
- Female, minimum SMK from Accounting background
- Maximum age of 28 years old and Single
- Prior experience as Finance Officer minimum 2 years
- Knowledge of IT based Accounting Systems, good Ms Excel & Word
- Good communication skills in English (oral & written), Mandarin will be an advantage
- Strong professional background, can work under pressure
Marketing Administration
Responsibilities:
- Handling other day to day in the sales/marketing department
- Filling and administrative work
- Maintaining good communication with customers and suppliers
Requirements:
- Female, minimum SMK
- Maximum age of 28 years old, preferable Single
- Prior experience minimum 2 years
- Must understand English (oral & written), preferable understand Chinese and Mandarin
- Strong professional background, can work under pressure
- Can work under pressure
