Position             : Relation Staff
Department           : Training Section
Working Location     : Head Office (Jakarta)

Job Description  :

• Handling internal publication such as: bulletin, daily article, creating poster etc.
• Handling employee internal activities such as : gathering, etc
• Support activities of training section

Requirement :

• Fresh graduate ( Bachelor of communication major in Journalistic )
• Able to work with multi media software such as Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Flash
• Able to handle media publication, writing news report and composing article
• Preferably male, age maximum 24 years old
• Willing to work under pressure

Buyer Staff
Job Description           :

• To study localization from cost point of view base on schedule.
• To make cost reduction using purchasing tools.
• To maintain raw material, process & supplier database.
• To study the A.SOP Price adjustment.

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of  4.00
• Has 1-2 years experience in the same related field
• Male, Preferable single, age maximum 25 years old
• Has high analysis skill and can work under pressure
• Has good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, communicative
• Has organization experience
• Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written).

Training Instructor Supervisor

Job Description          :

• Work closely within a team to prepare training materials
• Make detail planning for training program & improvement
• Teaching in classroom
• Evaluate and analyze training result
• Submit monthly report to superior
• Responsible to maintain tools, facilities, and training equipment

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with technical background major in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
• Have experience minimal 2 years in similar field (as a training instructor), preferably from automotive company.
• Male, 25-30 years old.
• Has interest in automotive and has teaching skill
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Fast learner, hard worker, able to work under pressure
• Have good communication skill, interpersonal relationship, and able to work in team
• Willing to travel
• Computer literate
