WEALTH MANAGEMENT AND LIABILITIES OPERATIONS OFFICER (WMOO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all types of mutual funds, time deposits and bancassurance products processes, as well as internal payment and trailing fee processes.
- Review and analyze new wealth management product’s operations.
- Responsible to ensure proper reporting related to Regulator and Management.
- Responsible to perform a continuous review of all wealth management and liabilities operations process with the view to mitigate risks and streamline process, including system enhancements.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Banking/Finance/Accounting or Business Administration from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00.
- Possess a good analytical ability to think “End to End process” in each respective area.
- Proactive, full of initiative and capable to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High accuracy and excellent administration skills.
- Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English is a must.
TREASURY OPERATIONS OFFICER (TROPS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to process all types of treasury products, ie. FX, MM, FI, including its derivatives.
- Responsible to make a proper reporting for internal and external parties, such as LHBU, Exposure Report, etc.
- Responsible to maintain good relationship with other parties.
- Responsible to assist the supervisor in reviewing the treasury operations process with the view to mitigate risks and streamline process, including system enhancements.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Banking/Finance/Accounting or Business Administration from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00.
- Possess a good analytical ability to think “End to End process” in each respective area.

TREASURY OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT HEAD (TODH)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all types of treasury products, ie. FX, MM and FI, including its derivatives, processes.
- Responsible to ensure proper reporting for internal and external parties, such as LHBU, Exposure Report, etc.
- Responsible to maintain good relationship with other parties, internally and externally, ie. Treasury, counterparty, broker, etc.
- Responsible to perform a continuous review of all treasury operations process with the view to mitigate risks and streamline process, including system enhancements.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Banking/Finance/Accounting or Business Administration from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00
- Minimum of 5 years banking experience in related area, with min. 3 years in supervisor level
- Possess a good analytical ability to think “End to End process” in each respective area
- Proactive, full of initiative and capable to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High accuracy and excellent administration skills
- Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English is a must
