Business Inteligent and Planning Manager (Ref:MKT)
Develop and manage marketing performance monitoring system. Provide and collect market information for strategic and operational decision making, related to business performance and competition environment.
Requirements:

• Posses Bachelor Degree from a reputable University
• Solid understanding of Indonesian Agro Business
• Posses a good understanding of agrochemical market and channel partners
• Strong network connection with Research Institution and/or agency
• Familiar with IT System and data base program
• Proficient in English

Farmer Support Team Manager (Ref:DEV001)
Develop and implement Farmer Support Team Program in line with company’s strategic goals for sustainable growth to target market. Responsible to lead the team and ensuring the implementation of strategic program.
Requirements:

• Posses Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Agriculture Science/Biology or related degree from a reputable university
• Demonstrate working experience at managerial level at least 2 years
• Extensive knowledge of Customer Relationship Management and Value Chain concept and strategy
• Posses a good understanding of agrochemical market
• Posses strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and staff management skills

Field Scientist (Ref:DEV002)
Establish, implement and report on-station and off-station trials as required by the overall field programs. Advise on protocol design and trial implementation to ensure proper running trials. Lead and coordinate Field Assistants.
Requirements:

• Posses Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Agriculture Science/Biology or related degree from a reputable university and experience in managing field trials
• Posses a good understanding of pesticide and its safety
• Good knowledge in agronomy and area of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and effectively in team
• Proficient in English
• Computer literate

Development & Learning Manager (Ref:HRA)
Primary responsiblity for aligning, designing, implementing and monitoring development and learning strategies to support company’s business strategy and transformation effort.
Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Development and Learning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficient in English
• Excellent training and facilitation skills
• Highly motivated, self driven and passionate
• Can operate at a senior management team level

Plant Engineer (Ref:MAN)
Provide leadership and direction to the engineering team to maximize plant availability and operational efficiency by cost effective engineering service. Includes accounting for morale, cost safety, environmental
compliance and stock level turns. Contribute to the organization for team working and continuous improvements.
Requirements:

• Posses Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in related function, preferably in chemical plan
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and able to work in amulti-cultural environment
• Able to work under pressure and prioritize workload
• Posses a good understanding of HSE Policy and regulation

Business Controller (Ref:FIN)
Provide a comprehensive analysis, advice & solution on commercial activities, suc as forecasting, pricing, rebate, profitability, expenses. Lead the credit management and control.
Requirements:

• Posses Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance/Accounting from reputable university
• At least 6-8 years working experience in the related function with 3 years in business/financial analysis and credit management role
• Hands-on to various analysis models and computer programs with good reporting and presentation skill
• Familiar with SAP system and SOX Compliance is a plus
• High proficient in English
• Demonstrated business acumen, analytical thinking, good communication and negotiation skills, has leadership skill, mature and decisive

Sales Executives (Ref:SLS)
Guided by Country strategic vision, develop and manage the sales in his territory. Lead the Sales Operation Team in his territory to reach the agreed target. Collaberates with Marketing and other relevant Departments
and develops effective activities for his area of responsibility in line with company policies.
Requirements:

• Posses Bachelor Degree in Agriculture Science or related degree from a reputable university
• Posses a good understanding or agrochemical market and channel partners
• Ability to interpret assignments and people management skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in team
• At least 2 years working experience in the sales activities is an edge
• Willing to be located in Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, NTT, Maluku and Papua

Customer Service Officer (Ref:SC001)
Professionally manage and execute daily order capture up to invoicing processes, distribution, rebate/incentive, enquiry and complaints handling with customers, and close the loop on needed communication between Customer Service Center and Finance, Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain/Manufacturing and other service provider
Requirements:

• Posses Bachelor Degree in any fields from reputable university
• Good understanding of Business Fundamentals (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing)
• At least 1 year experience in customer service function
• Operational capability
• Computer literate, familiar with SAP order Management is a plus

Warehouse Manager (Ref:SC002)
To manage and controll all company assets under responsible area, including equipment, sample, waste material - within high accuracy level and comply with HSE Handling and Storage policies. To ensure effective receipts, storage and distribution of all products and efficient physical/SAP stocks movement-based on FIFO. To achieve customer services at agreed QUOTIF level.
Requirements:

• Posses Bachelor degree in any fields from reputable university
• At least 3-5 years experience in Warehousing/Production/Operation areas
• Posses a good understanding of pesticide and its safety
• Computer literate, familiar with SAP system

Product Manager (Ref:SE001)
Develops the Field Crop strategy and prioritizes the business activities. Organizes the commercialization of the right hybrids, to the right places at the right time Coordinate the activity across functions: R&D, marketing, Sales & Supply. Prepares the 5 year plan, the budget and implements tactical plans to achieve country goals.

Support respective crop breeding and development projects. Independent  handling of breeding projects or segment. F1 seeds production and proper evaluation. Develop new materials suitable for the different segments. And bring innovative products to capture winning edge and increase market share. Preparation for project & hybrid related information and handling database.
Requirements:

• Posses Bachelor Degree in Agriculture Science or related degree from a reputable university
• Good knowledge of the vegetables seeds industry
• A thorough knowledge of breeding theory (genetics, statistic)
• Computer skills
• Able to handle resource (technician, farm manager, service agencies, etc) tactfully for timely results and action

Regional Sales Manager (Ref:SE003)
Plan and realize maximum profitable and sustainable growth of sales utilizing strong strategies based on customers needs. Identify business opportunities and make clear recommendation for their exploitation.
Establish solid customer services, close cooperation with dealers and key customers. Direct, motivate and develop Sales Executive to a competent sales force team in the area.
Requirements:

• Posses Bachelor Degree in Agriculture Science
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Seeds market
• At least 5 years experience as Sales Supervisor
• Persuasive leader with ability to take quick decision

Financial Reporting Assistant (Ref:SE004)
Responsible for Group reporting, SOX compliance & audit. Regular review of compliance of various policies & controls in operations to ensure SOX compliance. Design, implement & ensure compliance of SOPs. Coordination with external/internal auditors, Regional & Group reporting contacts.
Requirements:

• Sound understanding of basic concepts of accounting
• Understanding of requirements for SOX compliance & experience of ERP implementation/extensive use will be advantage
• Familiarity with computerized business environment. Advanced user of any ERP, microsoft Office
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Ability to perform under pressure of tight deadlines
