PRODUCT DESIGNER (PD) - Surabaya
The incumbent of this position is responsible to develop refrigeration systems to meet the needs of new products or to update existing products. In addition, the incumbent also perform a responsibility to developing new products or modifying existing products, assisting production in the manufacturing and testing of the products, working with external customer, and also assist Sales, Marketing, and Applications Engineering.
Job Requirements :
- A Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00, preferably from Mechanical Engineering.
- Male and not older than 30 years old.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years progressive experience in materials similar roles preferably in refrigeration industry.
- Hands-on experience using Auto CAD 2-d design or SolidEdge software in designing refrigeration system.
- Demonstrated experience in heat transfer and thermal analysis along with selection of components from vendors for a system.
- Capable of working on multi-faceted refrigeration projects of any magnitude while requiring limited supervision. Posses strong communication skills and has demonstrated repeated ability to complete complex projects and meet target within prescribed deadlines.
- Knowledge of PDM application program would be an advantage.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
- Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan.
REFRIGERATION ENGINEER (RE) - Surabaya
The incumbent of this position is responsible to ensure all refrigeration engineering projects, initiatives, processes, and products are in conformance with organization’s established policies, objectives, and quality standard before release to the customer. In addition, the incumbent also perform a responsibility to conduct inspection process to the refrigeration products up to its testing and commissioning stage.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00, preferably from Mechanical Engineering.
- Male and not older than 30 years old.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years progressive experience in materials or production control preferably in refrigeration industry.
- Has in-depth knowledge in refrigeration system installation both theoretical and practical.
- Must be proficient in the use of tools, methods and materials associated to the production and maintenance of refrigeration system with all associated equipment.
- Capable of working on multi-faceted refrigeration projects of any magnitude while requiring limited supervision. Posses strong communication skills and has demonstrated repeated ability to complete complex projects and meet target within prescribed deadlines.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.

INTERNATIONAL PROCUREMENT STAFF (IPS) - Surabaya
The incumbent of this position is responsible for the systematic execution of procedures for the timely and cost effective international sourcing and purchasing of all equipment, materials and services required for the corporate project.
Job Requirements :
- A Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00, preferably from Management or Engineering background.
- Male and not older than 35 years old.
- Minimum 3 – 4 years progressive experience in export – import and procurement of materials preferably in manufacturing MNC’s.
- To perform this job successful, the incumbent should be familiar and has in-depth knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the export-import, logistics as well as custom regulation.
- Posses strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.

FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR (FDA) - Surabaya
The incumbent of this position is responsible for day to day management Front Office activities such as receiving visitors, suppliers, attend the telephone calls, posting appointments of the Management, drafting business letter and some secretarial working activities.
Job Requirements :
- A Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00, preferably from Secretarial or Hospitality Tourism background.
- Female and not older than 30 years old.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years progressive experience preferably in hospitality and service industry.
- Experience in providing administrative support in a dynamic and demanding environment as well as complex diary management and handling a wide range of activities and prioritizing these effectively.
- Demonstrate pleasant personality and excellent customer service ability to both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate good communication and negotiation skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.

ASSISTANT CONTROLLER (AC) - Surabaya
The incumbent of this position is responsible for developing and ensuring the efficient and effective running of the Company’s finance function, internal control procedures and financial and management reporting to the Board of Directors. This will include :
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly reports to HQ and BoD.
- Prepare financial modeling for various projects.
- Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting process.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis at customer and product level.
- Prepare cost analysis (variable and fixed).
- Prepare cash flow forecasting
- Prepare various company’s KPI and balance score card.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements :
- A Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00, preferably from Accounting or Finance background.
- Male/Female and not older than 30 years old.
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience preferably with manufacturing MNC’s.
- Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven.
- Able to provide business support and be a strong partner in operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
- Posses strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
- Knowledge of ERP will be preferable
- Experience with business intelligent tools will be an advantage.
