Little Kitchen Indonesia is a newly set up company specializing in developing and managing food and beverage outlets. This June, we will be opening Poste Restaurant & Bar, a new casual yet stylish eatery and bar located at the East building, Mega Kuningan.

HOUSE MANAGER
Job Description :

Be responsible for the entire restaurant team, both Front of House and Back of House.
Ensure that company’s operational and financial standards are met.
Maintain the restaurant’s philosophy and style.
Fully account day-to-day management of the restaurant.
Make daily improvements to ensure correct standards and results are in place.
Achieve budgeted sales and costs targets.
Organize the restaurant team’s roster.
Develop and motivate the restaurant team.
Process and prepare weekly profit & loss accounts.
Fully understand and follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and employment law.

Criteria :

Male/Female, maximum 35 years old.
Minimum 5 years experience.
Computer literate (POS system, Windows, Internet, Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, Word).
Fluent in Bahasa & English (verbal & written).
Superior leadership and customer service skills.
Genuinely enthusiastic about the service industry.
Energetic and highly motivated.
Professional and well presented.
Self-disciplined and goal-orientated.
Responsible & honest.
Able to prioritize tasks and able to work as a team.
Able to work under pressure and have the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
