Currently, we are looking for Import Export Logistics Documentation Executive who has role responsibility as the main communication bridge between related parties.
Responsibilities:
- To provide continuously consistent services to all clients without interruption
- To ensure timeliness and accuracy of system updates for Documentation requirements
- To ensure full system updates are completed, accurately and in a timely manner
- Collect full sorted set of Documents from shippers, check, collate and dispatch timely and correctly to clients
- Release and monitor invoicing, and cost confirmation in relevant systems
- Problem solving within the planning and documentation activity scope
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, always meeting, if not, exceeding their expectations
- To co-ordinate with other Maersk Logistics entities as appropriate, and to ensure that “best practices” are communicated and formalized for use between clients across teams in Area
- Create customer loyalty via the execution of Service Delivery and through client management
- Maintain healthy working relationships with client local/regional/global offices, and client shippers within function
Requirements:
- Proactive customer service attitude
- Enthusiastic, dynamic and energetic person with leadership potential
- Willingness and ability to learn and practice
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- English fluency is a must
- Computer literacy
- Bachelor degree from any discipline
- Experienced in client and vendor management would be an advantage

Primary Responsibilities:
- Client coordinator must assist outgoing sales in achieving the targeted volume
- Client coordinator is the back up of outgoing sales when outgoing sales is out for market
- Inquiries from both internal and external customers are answered timely and professionally
- Internal systems are updated timely and with high quality data
- Customers must be served quickly and professionally using standard formats and high quality information that ensures that customers receive all required data without having to follow up. This applies for both written and verbal communication
- All regular reports must be sent timely and with high quality data to ensure that central functions always are aware of the developments in the branch
- To ensure that internal system are updated timely with reliable data
The preferred candidate should have the following qualities:
- High target oriented, customer and business orientation
- Excellent English proficiency
- Strong analytical and negotiation skill
- Min bachelor degree from any major
- Preferably 1-2 year experience from forwarding/transportation industries
