SENIOR ESTIMATING MANAGER – CIVIL
AAs one of Australian’s largest mining and construction groups, we manage sites throughout Australia and South East Asia, and have had a presence in Indonesia for over 20 years. Thiess Indonesia is a key employer in the region with over 6,000 people, a plant fleet valued at over $US 500 million and work in hand of $US 1.5 billion.
Currently, Thiess Indonesia has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimating Manager – Civil with significant experience in the Civil and Construction industry.
Reporting to the Business Development and Estimating Manager and based in Jakarta Head Office, you will have responsibility of overall management of the Thiess Indonesia Estimating team. You will be required to lead and coordinate all estimating requirements for current and future tender activities in this region.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong commercial acumen and sound track record.
- To have in excess of 15 years of industry estimating experience and be a qualified civil engineer.
- Innovative approach to developing solutions, strong performance ethic, and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment within deadlines.
