PRODUCT MANAGEMENT ANALYST (PMA)
Main Responsibilities:
To design new products and develop existing products to increase sales
Job Requirement:
- S-1 / S-2 of any discipline
- max 28 years old
- having min 2 years experience in developing marketing plan and managing product launching activities
Competency Requirement:
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Initiative & Creative
- Self – motivated
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Able to work as a team
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)
Main Responsibilities:To enhance organization performance by developing improvement projects in all functions.
Job Requirement:
- S-1/S-2 (fresh graduate) from any discipline, with min. GPA 2.75, Overseas graduate will be advantageous
- Max age 25
- Willing to be placed in branches all over Indonesia
- Have to active participate in an intensive Training Program

BUSINESS RELATION (BR)
Main Responsibilities:
Developing the agency development programs in order to improve the competency of agents to increase sales
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree from any discipline, with min. GPA 2.75
- Min. 2 years experience in banking, broker, dealer, leasing, Travel & Insurance Company
- Must have own vehicle
- Willing to be placed in branches all over Indonesia

AGENCY DEVELOPMENT ANALYST (ADA)
Main Responsibilities:
Developing the agency development programs in order to improve the competency of agents to increase sales
Job Requirement:
- min. S-1 of any discipline
- max 28 years old
- min 2 years experience in project management preferably in agent development from the general insurance or life insurance industry.

- Fluent in English both written and oral

INTERNAL AUDITOR (IA)
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for carrying out internal audit process to ensure that operational activities are running according to operational procedures
Job Requirement:
- min. Bachelor degree in Accounting
- having min. 2 years experience as an auditor preferably from insurance industry or public accountant firm
- computer literate
Competency Requirement:
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills

- Self – motivated
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Able to work as a team
BUSINESS ALLIANCE ANALYST (BAA)
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing business alliances with business partner in order to increase revenue
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or Master degree from any discipline
- Having min. 2 years experience in business development (preferably in life assurance or travel industry)
