Secretary to Plant Director ( Bogor Based)
Job Purpose :
Responsible for routine secretarial and administration work and other assigned activities within corporate guidelines and correspondence standard format with the objective to support Plant Director and all relevant Divisional staffs to better focus on high priority business issues.
Requirements :
- Graduated from Tarakanita secretarial academy.
- Be willing to work in Plant - Bogor
- Have 1-2 years experience in multinational company.
- Female, good looking, max 30 years old.
- Fluency in English both oral and written.
- Experienced in traveling management.
- Computer (MS Office) literacy.
- Strongly MS Power Point.
District Sales Manager - CHC
Job Purpose :
To plan, organize direct and control sales, distribution and customer relations management activities within company strategy and business conduct/ professional ethics with the objective to increase Field Forces productivity and achieve sales targets.
Requirements :
- University degree in business related subject
- Experience in managing pharmaceutical sales operations & experience in FMCG or similar industry would be an added value
- Ability to recognize changes in the market & take proactive action
- Knowledge of product, sales/ distribution Management
- Good relationship with customers, creative & innovative
- Hands-on team leadership
- Coaching skills
- Good command of English
Temporary Administration
Requirements :
- Degree in Computer Accounting or Management Informatics from reputable university
- Has a working experience at least 1-2 years in administration
- Willingness to be a contract base employment (4 months)
