Security Coordinator
This important role supports management in the development and implementation of the BHP Billiton Security Management System to continuously improve the secure work environment and provide adequate asset protection. Responsibilities includes to ensure implementation of all HSEC and Security Systems, liaise with local risk enforcement and community, give technical support for site security representative and monitor and report security related risks and threats on regular basis and also to provide accurate information in response to departmental inquiries on security matters as well as professional and timely advice.
To be considered for this position, you must have a bachelor degree or other relevant post secondary schooling, at least 3-5 years experience in security management roles and a excellent planning and organizational abilities, problem solving and decision making skills, have good knowledge of mining and construction or other similar industries, and must be proficient in oral and written English and computer literate as well.
Emergency Response Coordinator
The key responsibility of this position is to support management in the development and implementation of the BHP Billiton Crisis and Emergency Management and in establishing and continuously improving the sites preparedness to respond to any crisis and emergencies. Facilitating the Field Response Teams in training, drills and exercises as well as maintaining the Emergency Response Centers will be other main functions.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 3 years experiences in relevant role, excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, strong leadership, ability to be a team player and good in planning and organizing. Good knowledge about mining, construction, oil and gas or similar industries will be an advantage.
Security Administration Staff
To support management in developing, implementing and maintaining security policies, plans and procedures related but not limited to personnel identification asset register, database access, alarm intruder and CCTV recording and security standard forms.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 3 years experiences in relevant administration role, good computer skills, excellent interpersonal relationship skills, and able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Good knowledge about mining, construction, oil and gas or similar industries will be an advantage.
Health and Safety Coordinator
This important role at BHP Billiton has an overriding commitment to health and safety responsibility. Your challenges will be to coordinate the implementation of health and safety initiatives; facilitate, coach and monitor effective job safety analysis, safe act observations, positive attitude safety system, site audits, incident investigation, corrective actions tracking, emergency and injury management. You will be part of a team responsible to ensure the company’s high expectations to health and safety objectives properly delivered to the surrounding community.
To be considered for this position, you must have good knowledge to health and safety and or a bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, science or related educational background. A minimum of 3-5 years in the field of health and safety at a coordinator level is expected and exposure in mining or high risk related industries will be an advantage. You should demonstrate good interpersonal relationship skills, team player, database management and ability to influence a positive health and safety culture. Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and willing to be relocated to Balikpapan and work in a remote project areas.
