FasTracKids is a revolutionary concept in early childhood educational enrichment that encourages creativity and brain development for children ages 6 months to 8 years. In addition, our program focuses on the application and transfer of knowledge, developing speaking and communication skills and promoting leadership and personality development.
LEAD TEACHER
DUTIES :
- Run the academy in conjunction with the center manager
- Insure that all classes are run in a safe and enjoyable manner
- Prepare the lesson materials, test the activities, familiarize with the lesson contents
- Oversee other teachers and be responsible for class quality
- Handle scheduling of guests for classes
REQUIREMENTS :
- Good verbal and written skills
- Good memory skills
- Creative and imaginative
- Experience working with children and love them
- Comfortable speaking and dealing with both adults and children (Microsoft program knowledge and a background in child development are a plus)
- Must be open to coaching
- High level of English skill
- Preferably for candidates who live in South Jakarta
CENTER COORDINATOR
The center coordinator will responsible for all areas of marketing, student recruitment and business development of a new market. The center coordinator will also responsible for daily operation such as class scheduling, teacher allocation and maintain the existing student.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor degree in any field with minimum 3 years experience in managerial level
- Dynamic, independent, as well as good in working with a team
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- High level of English language skill
- Teaching background will be an advantage
- Preferably for candidates who live in South Jakarta
