Position : Field Representative Supervisor
Department : After Sales Service
Working Location : Jakarta (TB Simatupang)
Job Description :
- Responsible for preparing Action Plan and Budget for the section
- Controlling and monitoring Field Representative activity progress
- Introducing and supporting implementation of W/S standardization in Dealers with DOS
- Analyzing Dealer’s Monthly Report
- Providing feed back from Dealer’s Monthly Report
- Reporting W/S performance monthly report to NML
- Responsible for Service Marketing and Promotion
- Responsible for developing W/S Standardization
- Collecting and analyzing service information from comptetitors
- Visiting Dealers to accommodate dealer’s problems
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering.
- Has experience more than 2 years in similar field, preferably from automotive company
- Male, 25-35 years old.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Has interest in automotive
- Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, and logic of verbal
- Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
- Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available to work overtime, and discipline.
- Willing to travel.
- Has driving license.
Information System Supervisor (IS-Supervisor)

Job Description :
- Make infrastructure plan according to business plan & growth
- Maintain & improve network & infrastructure area
- Able to give maximum support to all users & IS team members in terms of hardware, network, & infrastructure
- Able to identify problem & find best solution for it
- Manage IS project which related with infrastructure area
- Manage his/her sub-ordinates
- Skill preferable : Having certification such as CCNA, MSCE or others in network field
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Electrical or Informatics Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Have more than 2 years experience in the same related field
- Male, single, age 25 - 30 years old
- Have good analytical thinking and logic of verbal
- Have good interpersonal relationship and communication skill
- Have good initiatives, fast learner, able to adapt easily, able to work in team, and able to work in under pressure situation
- Sociable, able to serve internal customer / user
- Hard and also smart worker
