Treasury Staff - Bali/Lombok
Summary of Job Description:
To handle for all Treasury Activities in Branches (Bali/Lombok)
Details of Job Responsibilities:
- Checking incoming and release PO for local distributor
- Daily checking bank balance
- Responsible for Petty cash reimbursement (driver, employee)
- Prepare Petty cash summary
- Compile data revenue from Sales, CIC, and Distributor
- Bank reconciliation
- Cashier
Job Qualification:
- A Bachelor (S1) degree in Economic/Finance/Accounting
- A minimum 2 years working experience in Finance/Accounting
- Preferably have working experience with SAP system & Microsoft office knowledge
- English Language
- Good interpersonal skill

IT Internal Auditor Executive
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to assist the audit planning for IT Audit
- Conduct the field work
- Assess whether SOP has been carried out properly
- Assist in reporting and audit finalization
- Perform status tracking
- Do administrative works such as report distribution, general filling, etc
Requirements:
- S1 IT from reputable University
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in related background
- Experience in public accounting firm is preferable
- Having experience in Oracle database, Unix/Linux Operating System and ACL (Audit Common Language)
- Telecommunication, SAP, and audit security knowledge is a plus
- Good in interpersonal and communication skill
- Honest with highest integrity and analytical skill
- Full of initiative, confident, independently as well as teamwork
- Good in English both oral and written
Network and Project Internal Auditor Executive
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to assist the audit planning for Network and Project
- Conduct the field work
- Assess whether SOP has been carried out properly
- Assist in reporting and audit finalization

Requirements:
- S1 telecommunication engineering from reputable University
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in related background

Marketing & Advertising Internal Auditor Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to prepare audit planning by liaison with sales and marketing or other Dept. Head
- Responsible to conduct the sales and marketing audit
- Coach and supervise staff
- Review the sales and marketing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) adequacy
- Assess whether SOP has been carried out properly
- Report the findings and prepare recommendation for the solutions
Requirements:
- S1 from reputable University
- Minimum 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing background
- Telecommunication knowledge is preferable
- Audit knowledge is a plus
- Good in interpersonal and communication skill
- Honest with highest integrity and analytical skill
- Full of initiative, confident, independently as well as team work
- Excellent in English both oral and written.
