INSTRUMENT TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain relationship with existing customer
  • To do Pre-Sales Activity: Helping Sales/Account Manager to do a demo and presentation at the customer site and tender process
  • To do After-Sales Activity: Conduct training and repairing instruments for the customer
  • To do Maintenance Activity such as Regularly Upgrading the Newest Instrument’s Application
  • Coordinate with Instruments Technical Support Manager/Principal to follow up all the technical issues
  • Report to Instruments Technical Support Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Telecommunication or IT Engineering
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome. Having 1 year experience in technical support position at Telecommunication Industry is an advantage
  • Have basic knowledge of telecom transmission/SDH/DWDM/NGN/Gigabit Ethernet/Fiber Optics
  • Good computer operating skill
  • Good English (oral & written)
  • Fast learner, dynamic and hardworking
  • Good interpersonal skill, team work and can work under pressure

INSTRUMENT TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain relationship with existing customer
  • Manage Pre-Sales Activity: Helping Sales/Account Manager to do a demo and presentation at the customer site and tender process

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Having at least 2 years experiences in technical support position at Telecommunication Industry
  • Have knowledge of telecom transmission/SDH/DWDM/NGN/Gigabit Ethernet/Fiber Optics is a must
  • Good computer operating skill
  • Good English (oral & written)
  • Fast learner, dynamic and hardworking
  • Good interpersonal skill, team work and can work under pressure

INSTRUMENT SALES MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain relationship with existing customer/operator and explore more business/opportunity especially related to the telecommunication area in Indonesia
  • Make sales/marketing plan and strategy to maintain and increase the market share in Indonesia
  • Manage all sales account managers
  • Report to Sales Director
  • Maintain a good relationship with principal

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Telecommunication or IT Engineering
  • Having at least 3 years experiences in sales/marketing position dealing with telecommunication equipment/system
  • Having good contact in major cellular operators/ fiber optics industry/ telecom manufacturers/ telecom contractor is a must
  • Have basic knowledge of telecom transmission/SDH/DWDM/NGN/Gigabit Ethernet/Fiber Optics
  • Good computer operating skill
  • Good English (oral & written)
  • Good analytical, fast learner, dynamic and hardworking
  • Good interpersonal skill, team work and can work under pressure

INSTRUMENT ACCOUNT MANAGERS
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain relationship with existing customer/operator
  • Execute the sales/marketing plan to achieve the sales target
  • Following up the whole sales process from preparing sales/project proposal,discussion, negotiation together with Sales Manager
  • Report to Instrument Sales Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Telecommunication or IT Engineering
  • Having at least 1-2 years experiences in sales/marketing position dealing with telecommunication equipment/system
  • Having good contact in major cellular operators/ fiber optics industry/ telecom manufacturers/ telecom contractor is an advantage
  • Have basic knowledge of telecom transmission/SDH/DWDM/NGN/Gigabit Ethernet/Fiber Optics
  • Good computer operating skill
  • Good English (oral & written)
  • Good analytical, fast learner, dynamic and hardworking
  • Good interpersonal skill, team work and can work under pressure

SYSTEM ACCOUNT MANAGERS
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain relationship with existing customer/ Wireless Operator
  • Execute the sales/marketing plan to achieve the sales target
  • Following up the whole sales process from preparing project proposal, discussion and negotiation together with Project Manager
  • Report to System Sales Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Telecommunication or IT Engineering
  • Having at least 1-2 years experiences in sales/marketing position dealing with telecommunication equipment/system
  • Having good contact in major cellular operators is an advantage
  • Have basic knowledge of cellular Telecommunication networks and technologies on various networks and systems (GSM, GPRS, UMTS, CDMA)
  • Good computer operating skill
  • Good English (oral & written)
  • Good analytical, fast learner, dynamic and hardworking
  • Good interpersonal skill, team work and can work under pressure
