PRODUCTION SUPERViSOR (Code: PS)
Requirements:
- S1 / Degree in Industrial Engineering background.
- Having 2 (two) years experience in manufacturing company as Production Supervisor.
- Having experience in manual assembly process: manpower arrangement, production planning, mix model product, WIP controlling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and Interpersonal skill.
PRODUCT SPECLALIST (Code: PSPE)
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrronic engineering background.
- Having 3 years experience as Quality Engineer.
- Good analitycal skill to find root-cause of Failure of the electronic product.
- Familiar with FMEA and other Improvement tools/ SixSigma Green Belt is a plus point.
INVENTORY CONTROLLER / BUYER (Code: ICB)
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering background.
- Having 2 years experience in manufacturing as Buyer/purchacer for buying electronics and mechanical parts.
- Having knowledge and experience in SAP system is a must.
PLANNER (Code: PL)
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering background.
- Having 2 years experience in manufacturing as Planner.
- Having knowledge and experience in SAP system is a must.
FCT - TEST ENGINEER (Code: FCT)
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering background with good achievements.
- Having 3 years experience in manufacturing company as Test / Maintenance Engineer of electric or electronic products.
- Able to write/modify test programs and understand control system.
- Having knowledge in manufacturing and design robotic.
- Familiar with PLC (prefer MODICON PLC will be advantage), Visual Basic 6 or, netVisual C++, Servo Motor/ Stepper Motor, Pneumatics system.
- Highly motivated and capable of producing analysis to eliminate equipment downtime, spareparts usage, preventive maintenance.
HEAD OF MANAGEMENT CONTROL (Code: FIN-HMC)
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting background from reputable university.
- Having 5 years experience in manufacturing company to handle Accounting, financial or budget planning background and relevant experience in that context and with strong exposure to management controlling and financial reporting.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, recognizing financial timelines and full alignment to set objectives.
- Pro-activeness, assertiveness, team working, adaptability and flexibility are essential requirements.
- Experience in Manufacturing finance management is considered an advantage.
- Familiar with SAP system in preferable.
- Your Job Area:
- Controlling of actual versus budget / reforecast investments & expenses and provide analysis on efficiency of used financials and incoming revenues.
- Generate monthly management information to provide Plant Director and Board of Management with key information and metrics.
- Generate monthly and quarterly Budget forecasts for review by Plant Director and Board of Management.
- Advisory to Plant Director and Board of Management regarding optimization of costs, expenditures and financing requirements.
- Participate in any relevant ad-hoc projects/tasks as required.
MANAGEMENT CONTROL (Code: FIN-MC)
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting background from reputable university.
- Having 3 experience in Accounting, financial or budget planning background and relevant experience in that context and with strong exposure to management controlling and financial reporting.
- Familiar with SAP system is preferable.
- Your Job area: Assist the Head of Management Control on the above mentioned responsibilities.
SENIOR ACCOUNTING & TAX (Code: FIN-SA)
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting from reputable university.
- Having 3 years experience in financial accounting of manufacturing company and/or accounting firm as financial auditor.
- Able to handle full Sets of accounts (AP/AR/GL), taxes, and deal with the Tax Office.
- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles (PSAK).
- Having Brevet A or B would be preferable.
- Familiar with SAP system is preferable.
- Your Job area:
- Manage regular financial reports under coordination with the superior.
- Supervise the team of Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger and Taxation in order to ensure they thoroughly understand the job assignments.
- Liaise with financial auditor on the general auditing.
- Liaise with tax auditor on the preparation of monthly and annual tax returns.
- Responsible to Financial Controller.
SENIOR TREASURY, LEGAL & GSP (Code: FIN-ST)
Requirements:
- Degree in Banking or Accounting background from reputable university.
- Having 3 years experience in treasury position, and able to handle treasury and BI reporting.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management.
- Having knowledge of Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) and ASEAN Common Effective Preferential Tariff (CEPT) would be preferable.
- Familiar with SAP system is preferable.
- Your Job Area:
- Manage regular cash flow position under coordination with the superior.
- Supervise the team of Treasury and GSP (Generalized System of Preference) in order to ensure they thoroughly understand the job assignments.
- Liaise with banks on all banking related issues.
- Liaise with notary and insurance agents for any related issues.
- Responsible to Financial Controller.
TOOLING ENGINEER (Code: TOE)
Requirements:
- D3 or S1 in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering background.
- Experience 0 - 10 years in Tool Making/Design desired, experience in Die Casting Die Making/ Design Machine shop desired, and experience in Mould Making/ Design desired.
- Technical knowledge in Stage Tools, Progressive Tools & High Speed Tools; also in Die Casting Dies, Machine Components, and technical knowledge in injection Moulds, High Cavities & High Precision Injection Moulds.
- Estimation / Costing for Tools and Components, Design, Stamping process; Estimation / Costing for Die Casting Dies and Machined Components, Design, Casting and Machine process; Estimation/Costing for Moulds and Components, Design, Moulding process, Quality Standard, Heat Treatment, materials, with a good engineering background is preferred.
- Having positive attitude, problem solving & logical convincing ability, self guidance in a free work environment, leadership qualities & interpersonal skills, team player with strong commitment personal & professional, good command over languages, & good communication skills.
- Graduate from Polman Bandung / ATMI Solo is an added advantage.
- Computer literacy desired.
METHOD PROCESS ENGINEER (Code: MPE)
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering background.
- Having minimum 2 years experience in SMT-PCBA line at engineering department.
- Able to design production benches for new or existing production line.
- Able to design & draw Mechanical jigs and fixture.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. The candidate must have good command in English and knowledge in any other language is added advantage.
2. Having strong personality, strong leadership, communication skill, good analytical teamwork.
3. Having positive attitude and willing to stay in Batam.
