REPORTING & REGULATORY MANAGER (RR-MGR)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, majoring in Accounting, Finance or IT with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- The candidate should have 5 (five) years experience as banking auditor
- Excellent in managing relationships with the Audit Committee, Senior Management, employees, parent company, regulators, and external parties.
- Have broad knowledge and exposure in establishing the audit universe, risk assessment and annual audit plan
- The candidate is expected to work with senior managers across the business to drive the risk management process
- Understanding of internal control mechanism
- Able to work effectively as an individual and also in a team environment
- Able to work well under tight deadline and pressure
- A self starter who is ambitious and a strongly motivated team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a great teamwork spirit
- Good command of English language, both in written and verbal
- Able to work independently
- Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia
INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER (IA-MGR)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, majoring in Accounting, Finance or IT with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Should have 10 (ten) years experienced or more as banking auditor, ad preferably CIA or CISA holder
- Broad experiences for managing and leads entire audit assignment process including detailed planning of audit assignments, audit testing and reporting in accordance with Internal Audit Methodology
- Good understanding of risk management environment
- Carry out risk based financial and process audits across the group, complemented by other ad-hoc assignments
- The candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of Internal Audit
- Understanding of internal control mechanism
- Able to work effectively as an individual and also in a team environment
- Able to work well under tight deadline and pressure
- A self starter who is ambitious and a strongly motivated team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a great teamwork spirit
- Good command of English language, both in written and verbal
- Able to work independently
- Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia
INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER – JAKARTA BASED (IA-JKT)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, majoring in Accounting, Finance or IT with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- The candidate should have 3 (three) years of experience in banking/Financial Institution specialized in Treasury.
- Focus on key risk areas within timeframe and budgets and able to supervises/leads/coaches relevant audits and project assurance reviews
- Understanding of internal control mechanism
- Able to work effectively as an individual and also in a team environment
- Able to work well under tight deadline and pressure
- A self starter who is ambitious and a strongly motivated team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a great teamwork spirit
- Good command of English language, both in written and verbal
- Able to work independently
- Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia
INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER – SURABAYA BASED (IA-SBY)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, majoring in Accounting, Finance or IT with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- The candidate should have 3 (three) years of experience in banking
- Have exposure in conducting a wide range of operational audits and project assurance reviews
- Understanding of internal control mechanism
- Able to work effectively as an individual and also in a team environment
- Able to work well under tight deadline and pressure
- A self starter who is ambitious and a strongly motivated team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a great teamwork spirit
- Good command of English language, both in written and verbal
- Able to work independently
- Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia
