Global Assistance & Healthcare® was established in 1993 in response to the need of assistance services from travelers, local nationals and expatriates living in Indonesia. Our core business was originally to provide Assistance Services via an Alarm Center in Jakarta which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Services provided range from full medical emergency evacuations to the nearest suitable place of care - which is usually Singapore - to advice to travelers on security situations or local country disease risk (immunization requirements etc). Operating under reciprocity agreements with other International Assistance Providers, Global Assistance & Healthcare® has created a worldwide network of 28 Alarm Centers - all of which provide 24 hour services, 365 days a year, to callers requesting assistance.  We provide toll-free telephone numbers in a number of countries to ensure fast and reliable access to our Assistance Service Center.

CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER
General Qualifications:

  • Female
  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in  Marketing/Communication/PR
  • Experience minimum 2 years, preferably within hospital or medical facility
  • Highly proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Good Interpersonal skill
  • Proactive, good administrative, attention to details, and task oriented
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Neat and attractive

BILLING STAFF
General Qualifications:

  • Female
  • Minimum D3 in Accounting/Finance
  • Computer literate
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in Accounting/Finance Department
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Able to work with minimum supervision

SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
General Qualifications:

  • Female, max 30 years old
  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in  Marketing/Communication/PR
  • Experience minimum 2 years, preferably within service company for corporate
  • Highly proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Good Interpersonal skill
  • Proactive, good administrative, attention to details, and task oriented
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Honest, able to work individually or in team, willing to work for extra miles, dedicated, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Neat and attractive
  • Multi tasking

SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR
General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years sales or marketing experience in Insurance, Finance or Banking industries
  • Fluent both oral and writing of Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Familiar with computer applications
  • Result oriented, well organized (or discipline) and able to work both as a team and independent
  • Hold driving license (SIM A) is preferable
