PPIC STAFF ( PPIC - S )
The incumbent of this position is responsible for day to day management of the master production schedule, as it relates to action unplanned forecast demand, forecast shortfalls, production and inventory changes, allowing accurate and up to date information which in turn drives materials and capacity requirements and customer order dating.
Job Requirements :
- Male / Female and not older than 30 years old.
- A Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00, preferably from Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering background.
- Minimum 2-3 years progressive experience in materials or production control preferably in MNC manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience in material planning and manufacturing process as well as knowledge of supply / demand process.
- To perform this job successful, the incumbent should be familiar and has in-depth knowledge in planning for appropriate quantities of materials to support the production plan together with related requirements as well as utilizing Material Requirements Planning systems and prepare accurate material requisitions.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resources Planning systems and Chinese language would be an advantage.
- Posses strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
- Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan.
ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR ( ACCT - SPV )
The incumbent of this position is responsible for performs a variety of moderately complex accounting activities related with financial statement reporting and analysis, company budgeting as well as company taxation matters; computes, classifies, and records numerical data into the company’s accounting systems. Exercises independent judgment in the processing and resolution of non-routine accounting matters and applies a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations are also a large element of this position responsibility.
Job Requirements:
- Male / Female and not older than 35 years old.
- A Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00, preferably from Finance or Accounting background.
- Minimum 4 years progressive experience in similar roles preferably in MNC manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience in financial statement reporting and analysis, company budgeting as well as company taxation matters.
- To perform this job successful, the incumbent should be familiar and has in-depth knowledge in the application of General Accepted Accounting Principles, Budgeting as well as Indonesian Taxation Laws and Regulations.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resources Planning systems would be an advantage.
- Attention to details and posses strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
- Demonstrate leadership ability to lead and drive a team to achieve project and report submission target.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
- Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan.
CUSTOMS AND LOCAL TRANSPORT STAFF ( CLT - S )
The incumbent of this position is responsible to handle all administration issues in relation with customs clearance documentation of ingoing and outgoing goods from the factory prior to be released to the other parties.
Job Requirements:
- Female and not older than 27 years old.
- A Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00, preferably from Management, Accounting or Business Administration background.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years progressive experience in similar roles preferably in MNC manufacturing industry.
- To perform this job successful, the incumbent should be familiar and has in-depth knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the export-import, logistics as well as customs laws and regulations.
- Attention to details, demonstrate good communication and negotiation skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
- Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan.
- Fresh graduates with good academic and organizational background are welcome to apply.
