Planner (Code:Planner)
Requirements:
- Formal Educational Level: S1 in Industrial Engineering/ equivalent from reputable university covering Basic Manufacturing Principles, Inventory Management, and Capacity Planning Principles
- GPA min 3.0
- Working Experience: 1-2 years in production planning/material planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written (English) to deal among departments, Business Planning, and other marketing affiliates
- Excellent skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Can work under pressure, proactive and team oriented
- Willing to be located in Cikarang
Soft Goods Engineer (SOLO Base) (Code:SGE)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop engineering design and method for soft goods part to ensure soft goods part meet the specification requirement aesthetically, functionally, quality and safety
- Review and evaluate soft goods design of complex toy product to ensure technical issues related to material and manufacturing process are addressed before piloting stage.
- Determine sewing and hand finishing method on complex product to support the technical instruction to sewing production.
- Identify and determine jig and fixture, or attachment and machine requirement to achieve the appropriate process for both die cut and sewing.
- Identify cost saving opportunities on material yield and flow chart hours to ensure the achievement of plant objectives on cost.
Job Requirements:
- Formal Educational Level: Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Industrial Engineering or Textile
- Working Experience: 2 years related experience in Soft Goods Engineering / Development or
- Production in the needle trade industries preferably in garments / toys but fresh graduates are welcome
- Technical Competence
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong analytical skill and engineering sense
- Proactive and results oriented
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication in English and computer literate
- Strong leadership
- Sew data training - Willing to be located in Solo - Central Java
