To support our business in Procurement, we are looking for strong qualified candidates to fill in position as:
Strategy & MIS Manager (SMIS)
Requirements:
- A Bachelor / Master’s Degree from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years experience in developing and implementing collection risk segementation/collection strategy
- Having solid experience as MIS analyst related to credit portfolio and collection KPI
- Solid knowledge in common collection system such as CACS, Predictive Dialer System, SAS, SPSS/Answer tree, and Collection Balanced Score Card
- Able to adapt and work under tight timeline, fast-changing and high pressure environment
- A team player with mature attitude and excellent interpersonal/communication skill, and ability to deal with business end users
Responsibilities:
- To lead an analyst team to provide analytic support to the whole collection department
- To prepare document and monitor strategy effectiveness an custody of collection strategy paper
- Track and evealuate the effectiveness of all collection strategy
- Design and conduct champion and challenger test of all collection strategies
- Maintain the capacity planning model and validating of the assumption
