Policy Servicing Senior Manger
Requirement:
- Male/Female, maximum 40 years old.
- Minimum 7 years experience in life insurance industry with at least 3 years in policy servicing area.
- Experienced in banking industry in managing customer own service/front line servicing and bancassurance products are welcome to apply.
- Currently in managerial position for at least 3 years.
- Good knowledge of insurance products and life insurance policy administration is a must.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, result oriented and ability to implement changes.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Knowledge of administrative systems and proficiency in English are advantages.
Senior Investigator
Requirement:
- Male/Female, max. 40 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of any major in reputable university
- At least 2 years in doing site investigation, in life insurance industry is preferred
- Good in site investigation skill
- Good in communication
- Willing to work hard
- Good personality
- High integrity
- Knowledge in MS Excel & Word
Responsibilities:
- Doing site investigation needed for all claims
- Doing on desk investigation needed for all claims
- Correspondence with related party such as hospital, doctor, police, people surrounding the area etc
- Handling enquiry regarding status of investigation
- Preparing investigation report
- Updating investigation result with supervisor
- Supervising, monitoring, managing other investigator
- Preparing outstanding cases report
- Processing claim when there is no claim to be investigate
