Corporate CB Specialist
Main Responsibilities:

  • To recommend Compensation & Benefits policies, plans and programs that aligns with company’s strategy and compliance to government regulation.
  • To coordinate with all HR units in providing & improving HR standard operation procedure & policies.
  • To maintain updated organization structure, job description and job grading.
  • To manage the salary survey participation and to propose and recommend salary policy lines and other benefits package
  • To recommend effective HR Information System and to ensure employee database is well maintained and updated.
  • To deliver employee cost budget and employee cost analyzes.
  • To recommend career path system and work together with CB & HRIS Manager and all organization heads in implementing the system.
  • To Monitor the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and to recommend improvements.
  • To Monitor competitive trends in compensation and benefits market to review the company position and recommend improvement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills
  • Good in English both oral & written
  • Mature professional with strong initiative and good work attitude
  • Well organized, fast, efficient & creative
  • High integrity, risk focus and attention detail
  • Able to work under pressure, minimum supervision and tight schedule
  • Full independent with pleasant personality and integrity
  • Bachelor Degree education in Statistic or Economic – Accounting preferable
  • Min 3 years experiences in the same position
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to work in any location within Indonesia

Export Shipping (STAFF LEVEL)
General Description:

  • Prepare shipment schedule and plan for the following week
  • Arranging shipping schedule with shipping lines and forwarding agents
  • Arranging product stuffing with EMKL (in land trucking company)
  • Notify customers on shipment schedule
  • Documents needed depends on the Country regulation such as: BL, Commercial invoice, Packing list, Shipping Instruction, PEB, Fumigation, CO (Form A, B, or D), Surat Jalan, Health certificate, Physonitary Cert, Beneficiary cert, Packing declaration, Weight note, Free sale, and legalized documents by embassy.
  • Co-ordinate with shipping lines and forwarding agents after shipment for documents
  • Email and send the documents to Customers
  • Weekly and monthly report on the sales to Accounting and Export Manager
  • Report on the export expenses

Requirements:

  • Education Background : S1 degree majoring in Business industry (Management preferred)
  • Has experience of at least 2 to 4 years working experiences as Export shipping documents staff
  • Good Communication skills (ability to build communication to all level of people)
  • Good in English correspondence
  • Good Administrative Skill
  • Good Personal Adaptability
