OFFICER - QUALITY & CUSTOMER SUPPORT (1 position)
Responsibilities :
- Handling technical complaint from professional channel as well as consumer channel.
- Conduct on site complaint verification (CTB, Product failure, customer visit) including detail analysis
- Control disposal process
- Entry, monitoring and following up Complaint Registration System Processes
- Manage CTB processes & reporting
Personal Qualification :
- Education background Bachelor degree in Industrial\Electrical Engineering
- Working experience min 2 year in Customer support
- Has good communication skill
- Strong data analysis and has capabilities in problem solving
- Experience in Improvement Program (Six Sigma/TQM)
- Has Self learning capabilities
- Willing to travel
OFFICER - DISTRIBUTION PLANNER LIGHTING COMMERCIAL (1 position)
Responsibilities :
- To performed the arrangement of physical distribution of finished goods and marketing communication materials from Philips Warehouse to customer site;
- Develop and managing monthly & weekly distribution planning with refer medium term planning (MTP) to ensure the most efficient distribution operations and meet customer expectation;
- Establish collaborative monthly & weekly distribution planning with transporter;
- To close monitoring the status of goods in transit (GIT) to ensure the arrival of goods at customer site according to agreed ETA and to have the pre-alert for all the discrepancies in the shipment activities
Personal Qualification :
- Fresh graduates with Engineering Industrial bachelor degree are welcome to apply.
- Those with 1 to 2 years experiences in Distribution Planner of FMCG with strong commercial & industrial background will also be considered favorably.
- Good Knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Good computer literate & familiar with SAP, Good communicator, Good interpersonal skills / able to influence others, Dynamic and mature personality
DISTRIBUTOR MANAGER – Outer Java (3 positions)
Responsibilities :
- You’ll lead sales forces of Philips Lighting distributors in developing the Trade Retail Outer Java areas including planning/forecasting; budgeting; collection; customer relationship; coordination, coaching.
- Interact with either internal or external customers (distributors) as well as providing services & relationship towards customers in order to achieve business objectives.
Personal Qualification :
- You younger than 30 years old
- Bachelor degree (any discipline)
- Min 2 years working experience in Sales Fast Moving Consumer Goods/FMCG would be an added advantage
- Has good personality and interpersonal skill
- Has an acceptable level of English language
- Has good coordination capability
- Willing to travel and to spend most of the time in the market field.
- The incumbent has to have strong drive, positive attitude, is assertive and well motivated.
- He/she should posses driving license.
- Literacy in computer is a must.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER (1 position)
Responsibilities :
Deliver a professional service to the customer regarding installation planning, product installation, product maintenance, uninstallation and repair of equipment to ensure that all assigned projects are carried out as per customer’s quality requirements, within allotted time frames, and in a safe manner.
Personal Qualification :
- You younger than 30 years old
- Bachelor degree in electronics, electrical, Industrial or physic engineering
- Min 3 years has working experience in technical field and project implementation and experiences handle Medical equipment would be an added advantage
- Has good personality and interpersonal skill
- Has an acceptable level of English language
- Has good coordination capability, the incumbent has to have strong drive, positive attitude, is assertive and well motivated.
EQUIPMENT IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER (1 positions)
Responsibilities :
- Establishing a culture of continuous improvement and creating conducive operating conditions towards the attainment of World-class standard;
- Analyze & improvement with particular focus on automation projects, waste elimination and spare parts cost reduction, define project team members;
- Facilitate project execution;
- Monitor and review the result;
- Define significant process and product characteristics in manufacturing.
- Process based on customer needs;
- Guide production team to develop & carry out process capability improvement plans;
- Establish & monitoring maintain plant wide SPC activities
Personal Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering
- at least 4 years of experience in similar job function
- possessing mechanical designs skill

PROJECT SALES COORDINATOR (1 position)
Responsibilities :
Responsible as Sales Coordinator/Sales Engineer for achieving quarter and annual assigned target for Projects lighting Market, especially Private & Commercial and Government sectors for Java area, you’ll deal with key account customers (Government, dealers, consultants, contractors, and owners) to obtain market information and to collaborate with Product Management in analyzing and extracting those information.
Personal Qualification :
- Two years working experience in sales activities/Lighting designer (preferably from Electronic/Architectural /Industrial)
