Commercial Planning Executive
Primary Responsibilities:
- Preparing Weekly Report and Monthly report Export performance to Management team.
- Acting as prime contact for Customer Satisfaction Survey.
- Proactively update for internal / external stakeholders pertains all commercial related changes.
- Daily Performance analysis.
- Update monthly sailing schedule for our customer.
- Update website with necessary information of import manifest.
- Participate in projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Manager.
- Preparing and maintaining presentation files for various project and meetings.
- Ensure timely and necessary actions are always being taken, including responding to telex, submitting report, within set procedures and deadlines.
Requirements:
- High target oriented, customer and business orientation.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Min. bachelor degree from any major.
- 1-2 year experience in forwarding/transportation industries will be an advantage.
Operational Executive
Primary Responsibilities:
- To maintain data availability with regard to discharging and loading process.
- To plan an optimum process of discharging and loading. This is to ensure a smooth operation specifically during loading process.
- To ensure the correctness of related information of data prior vessel arrival / departure
- To follow-up down fall of each feeder to responsible parties and achieve 95% utilization.
- To deliver targeted productivity, terminal security standard, TRT and billing.
- To make sure supply equipment from Jakarta to out port have arranged properly and timely.
Requirements:
- Result and detailed oriented.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Min. bachelor degree from any major.
- Preferably having 1-2 years working experience.
