Head of Corporate Communications
Reporting to the President Director, the incumbent will have his/her job as follows:
Job Summary:
- In charge of developing, producing and implementing an overall Corporate Communication policy for the Bank, supporting a strong brand presence and supporting the commercial ambitious of the Bank. Protect the global Brand status of Rabobank and prevent reputation damage.
- Responsible for a timely, effective and impact full re branding operation and brand building.
- Overall responsibility for all internal communication strategies and means.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop E-communication, Marketing Communication, PR and sponsoring policies, and internal communications.
- Be the 1st spokesperson for the bank.
- Advisor to the BOD on communication issues.
- Responsible for smooth re branding.
Qualifications:
- Min. of Bachelor degree with 5 to 10 years experience in managing all aspects of communication policies and marketing concepts. Having works in a medium and large multinational company/Banking and finance industry is preferable.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
