Project Manager (Code: PJM – Your Name)
Successful candidate should have following requirements:

Requires a minimum of B.S. Degree in Engineering or related field. Supplementary training in management skills; MBA is desirable.
Normally 3/5 years experience as Assistant Project Manager with direct involvement in Project Management for the steam generator equipment or equivalent.
English proficiency in conversation, writing and reporting is required.
Having good English in writing and speaking.
Require strong interpersonal skills to facilitate team effort/problem solving techniques and to interact with customers, consultants and ABB people at the executive level to resolve disagreements on a win/win basis.
Requires ability to negotiate contract terms and conditions.

Proposal Manager (Code: Prop Manager – Your Name)
Successful candidate should have following requirements:

Bachelors Degree in an Engineering or related field.
MBA or post-graduate management courses preferred.
Plus over 5 years of professional experience.
Half of which should be in field sales or proposal engineering.
And special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.

Successful candidate should have following requirements:

BS Engineering or Business Administration discipline or practical experience sufficiently applicable to the specified position function.
2 – 3 years of procurement and/or related experience.
Strong data management capabilities reinforced with PC application and ERP database skills.
Effective negotiation and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to interface and coordinate with other discipline in a matrix environment.

Subcontracting Supervisor (Code: Subcont – Your Name)
Successful candidate should have following requirements:

Bachelor degree in Engineering or other disciplines or practical experience sufficiently applicable to the specified position function with two or three years experience in subcontracting management.
Technical skill regarding non-pressure part of boiler and its structural steel and familiar with structural code.
Effective negotiation and interpersonal skill.
Able to interface and coordinate with other discipline in a matrix organization.

Project Quality Engineer (Code: PQE – Your Name)
Successful candidate should have following requirements:

Has Technical Collage degree plus 5 years experience in related manufacturing industry or a High School graduate with 8 years experience in a related manufacturing industry.
Must have a working knowledge of the ASME Code, PED, AWS and HRSG Standards.
Preferably with a working knowledge of PT. ALSTOM Power ESI product types and manufacturing process.
Experience dealing with third party inspection agencies, national inspection agencies and customer representatives is desirable.
Site Power Plant or industrial plant erection experience is also desirable.

EHS Officer (Code: EHS – Your Name)
Successful candidate should have following requirements:

D-3 , preferably S1 of related education background.
In excess 05 years related work experience, 02 years in EHS field.
Broad knowledge and understanding of EHS especially EHS Management.
Having certificate AK-3 Umum, SMK-3, Fire Management, TOT, AKBU.
(preferred) Safety Investigation.

Successful candidate should have following requirements:

Bachelors Degree in an Engineering or related field.
Plus over 5 years of professional experience.
Half of which should be in the relevant field or special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
Have a good verbal and written English skills, computer literate, spreadsheet, word processing, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project etc.
Project scheduling media (e.g. Microfoft Project, etc.).
Good presentation skills, deep understanding of term & conditions, capable in preparing financial model.

Successful candidate should have following requirements:

Bachelor degree (S-1) in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Structure Engineering.
2 years experience in Boiler Design on working in Steel Structure.
Familiarity in Engineering Application Programs for Steel Structure and Pipe Stress Analysis.
Experience in using AutoCAD 14/2000.

Performance Design Engineer (Code: PDE – Your Name)
Successful candidate should have following requirements:

Bachelor degree (S-1) Mechanical Engineering, Physic Engineering, and Chemical Engineering.
2 years experience in power plant design and its auxiliary equipments.
Strong knowledge in heat transfer, fluid mechanic, thermodynamic and control & instrumentation.
Familiar with Visual Basic Application.

Project Engineer (Code: PJ – Your Name)
Successful candidate should have following requirements:

Bachelor degree (S-1) in Engineering, preference in Mechanical & Marine Engineering.
2 years experience as Project Engineer on power plant or boiler project.
Strong knowledge in ASME B&PV Code, steel material selection and industrial processes.
Familiar with manufacturing and design process of power plant, boiler, or heat exchanger.

CAD Drafter (Code: CAD – Your Name)
Successful candidate should have following requirements:

D-3 diploma in Mechanical Engineer, Naval Architec or Marine Engineer. STM Graduates with sufficient applicable experience will also be considered.
3 years experience in using AutoCAD 14/2000 and having experience with 3D CAD Modelling is a plus.
Experience in Boiler, Power Piping, Steel Structure, or Pressure Vessel Detailing.

Secretary (Code: Sec – Your Name)

Diploma and 2-3 years of related experience or Bachelor and 1-2 years of related experience.
Knowledge of world processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs.
Good written and verbal communications skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Fair organizational skills.
