Technical Consultant - Telecom
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proactive and reactive technical support from the presales phase until the industrialization
- Responsible for technical relationship with clients and qualify all the customer requirements
- Guarantee client quality delivery
- Provide feedback on products & services opportunities to the management, sales, application sales support, marketing and solution managers
- Create customer awareness for Gemalto products and services
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Science
- 2 -3 years experience in a technical environment. Fresh graduates with good academic results may also apply
- Good creative intelligence, with some account management experience
- Organized, rigorous and autonomous
