CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
Essentials Job Duties:
- Develop Engineering plan with project team.
- Make activity assignments for Construction Engineers.
- Assign task to Construction Engineers, check Construction Engineers work and supervise the execution.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate from Civil or Mechanical Engineering (majoring in Construction).
- Having at least 4 years experience as a Construction Engineer in fabrication offshore platform.
- Capable and skilled to perform, checking / reviewing of Construction Engineering deliverables such as lifting, weighing, and load out procedure.
- Capable to review Bid documents such as Company s specification, FEED Design and drawings to prepare technical clarification.
- Good command in English (both written and spoken).
- Good attitude, hard worker, and willing to work long hours.
SENIOR FAB ADMIN AND ACCOUNTANT
Essentials Job Duties:
- Reviewing and analyzing of Quarterly Fabrication Yard Expense Forecasts.
- Reviewing and analyzing of yearly Fabrication Yard Standards cost.
- Reviewing and analyzing Capital expenditure forecast and monitoring actual expenses, to ensure the submitted Capital Expenditure form is in accordance to existing policy.
- Preparing Management presentation slides related to financial and fabrication activities.
- Providing associated analysis for financial and Fabrication activities to Senior management to assist decision making.
- Maintain & updating chart of account.
- Monitoring Fabrication activity: man-hours, overhead cost, headcount reporting, job number and other management queries on accounting related and satisfying audit queries.
Key Requirements:
- D3 / S1 accounting degree from reputable University.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in cost Accounting or related field and prefer having experience in handling Standards cost.
- Successful candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and work in a team, self motivated, independent, familiar with working under pressure environment, interact with senior manager and customer, leadership qualities.
- Must have a Microsoft office applications skill.
- Strong communication skill : Indonesian and English, oral and written.
