Sr. International Business Manager
Requirements:
- Male / Female, 32 – 37 years old
- Bachelor Degree from reputable local or overseas university in Marketing or Food Technology (min. GPA 3,0).
- Min. 7 years of experience in export sales & marketing in food industry
- Good analytical skill, strong leadership, integrity & team work
- Willing to travel is essential
- Must be excellent command in English and Mandarin or other language is advantage
- Strong computer literacy & good interpersonal skill
Area Sales Manager
Position : Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Department : National Sales
Placement : Semarang
Job Qualification :
- Bachelor degree from any major.
- Experience min. 3 years as Area Sales Manager in fast moving consumer goods handling distribution and
- traditional market with covered area Central Java (including Yogyakarta ).
- Willing to be posted in Semarang, preferable domicile in Semarang.
Product Manager
Position : Product Manager (PM)
Work location : Jakarta
Overall Responsibility :
- Responsible for developing, implementing and managing all marketing aspect of one or more
- SMART’s products ( cooking oil, margarine, fats and shortening ).
- Responsible for the achievement of the assigned brand’s sales/marketing
- and profit objective, including sales volume, market shares and product contribution.
Job Qualification :
- Male/Female, 28 - 38 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree (min. S1) from any major.
- Experience min. 3 years in marketing area, preferably from food industry.
- Excellent knowledge and skill in brand management, sales & promotion, coordinating
- with agencies, brand launches and handling complaint for customer.
- Proficient in English, creative, ability to conceptualize, and good communication skill.
CRM Manager
Position : Customer Relationship Management Manager
Department : Marketing
Level : Junior Manager
Placement : HO - Jakarta
Job requirement :
- Female, 26 - 29 years old.
- Bachelor Degree from any mayor, preferable in Marketing/Communication.
- Min. 3 years experience with exposure and hands-on experience in the implementation of consumer contact programs and media relations.
- High level of integrity with excellent presentation and communication skill.
- Able to bring and generate creative ideas for developing various consumer contact programs.
- Fluent in English, excellent in Mandarin would be an advantage.
Marcom Manager
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or Marketing.
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate has to have round up experiences in following areas : marketing concept, product development, market research, advertising (production, creative, media) or ATL, BTL (Consumer promotion, trade promotion), Personal Selling, Public Relation and had lead a team of market research, communication, promotion, customer relation and SPG.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
