Regional Business Manager (Based in Medan)
Experiences Desired

  • Minimum of Bachelors Degree, preferably majoring in marketing, management, nutritional science or equivalent from accredited academies/universities, master degree.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish a good rapport with suppliers and internal customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems/data gathered from a variety of sources and, through effective decision-making and planning, deliver superior business solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under extreme pressures.
  • Minimum 7 years sales experience preferably in consumer goods company, with minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
  • Proven track record in field sales and field sales management.
  • Have a good command of English, both oral & written.

Knowledge Desired

  • Capable of influencing people in order to achieve desired results.
  • Strong understanding of the local traditional market and consumer goods industry.
  • Mastery of sales-force development planning and techniques.
  • Understanding of customers and the competition. Understanding of environmental and industry trends and their impact on the business.
  • Understanding of financial principles and how to manage budgets.
  • Thorough understanding of marketplace dynamics including strengths and weaknesses of competitor’s products.
  • Strong PC skills and knowledge of common software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Expected Areas of Competence

  • Develop a regional operational plan, setting objective, goals, strategies and measurement to achieve competitively superior growth and market share performance, exceeds sales and expense control targets.
  • Analyzes regional, district and territory sales performance data and identifies areas for improvement through superior implementation of company’s sales force effectiveness programs, understands and effectively implement programs to monitor, measure and track sales projects.
  • Develop strategies that maximize distribution of product lines through complex distribution channels and possess the ability to analyze problems within the distribution channel.
  • Builds a high performance team by training and developing distributor team and Area Sales Managers, providing ongoing coaching and counseling, and retaining the best talent through motivation and recognition and making tough decisions on non-performers.

Nutritional Representatives
Experiences Desired

  • Below 30 years old at the age of application, preferably male
  • Minimum 2 years similar experience
  • Preferably Bachelors Degree (S1) in pharmacy, nutritional science or equivalent
  • Willingness to work long hours & placed anywhere in Indonesia
  • Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal communications skills
  • Problem-solving ability and skill in prioritizing
  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels
  • Ability to multi-task and handle pressures and deadlines
  • Willing to be employed by contract basis which will be assessed base on performance

General Responsibilities

  • Utilize promotional materials and nutritional studies to effectively communicate the nutritional and scientific benefits of company’s products to targeted health care professionals
  • Plan and organize in a manner that maximizes focus, selling effectiveness and productivity
  • Effectively utilize and manage all available resources, including company’s support and program
  • Complete and submit all reports and administrative assignments in a timely manner
  • Maintain current, detailed customer records including account information and sales call results

Key Account Manager (Based in Jakarta and Bandung)
Experiences Desired

  • Minimum of Bachelors Degree (S1), preferably major in marketing, management, marketing, nutritional science or equivalent from accredited academies/universities, master degree.
  • Understand of local consumer good market, retail environment and Key Account dynamics.
  • Min. 3-5 years experience in Sales Management Position and/or as an Account Manager in FMCG companies.
  • Have good knowledge of retail industry, performs an excellent business selling, negotiation skills and understand customer service excellent.
  • Able to develop planning of sales activity in Modern Trade Channel by forecasting sales, arrange sales budget, composing key account improvement and development with company’s profitability and cost reduction as main concern.
  • Experience working in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • The Incumbent will be responsible to perform a result oriented based on transformational sales customer based yearly volume budget and cost.

  • Drives the implementation of Account Profile, Account Plan to identify and understand the account’s needs and pressures; exhibits excellence in translating the key findings/learning into strategic implementation plans.
  • To Build and Manage the Overall Implementation of Business Sales Plan in the area.
  • Identifies and focuses on business priorities and opportunities in the Modern Trade/Key Account channel, and to leverage resource to assure superior execution of the details required to achieve final results.
  • Leads business negotiations (customers and internal organization) to sell/promote/defend strategic plans developed, to optimize sales potential and maximizing ROI.
  • Provides directions and guidelines for the effective management to improve efficiency of Merchandisers and Distributor Sales Team.
