PT Sinomast Mining is a company under Bintang Biru Group. Bintang Biru is a group that has long experience shipping, ship owning, mining, and international trading as well. The company is located in Jakarta and active as an operator of several coal mine concessions in Barito Utara – Kalimantan Tengah. PT Sinomast Mining works end to end from exploration, operating a mine up to marketing to its international trade network. We are currently seeking suitable candidates for the following positions:

Surveyor (code: SV) - Kalimantan
Qualifications :

• Indonesian Nationality with 2 years experience in geodesi job.
• Male
• Age 23 – 35 year.
• University degree in Technical Geodesi with GPA 2.75.
• Software literate such as Autocad, Land Development, Softdesk, all total station
• Good health, smart, good personality and hard worker.
• Accurate and Good analytical Thinking
• Willing to be located at Kalimantan

Job Description :

• Responsible make topography map
• Responsible to calculate volume/quantity coal
• Top map of mining progress
• Responsible make a original map an prospect coal area
• Responsible make a Topografi map road, hauling road and main road
• Survey conveyor construction
• Plot data coal and borehole
• Responsible in stockpile area every week fore coal volume
• Responsible make progress map for coal area

Geologist (code: GEO) - Kalimantan
Qualifications :

• Indonesian Nationality with 2 years experience in geologist job.
• Male
• Age 23 – 35 year.
• University degree in Technical Geology with GPA 2.75.
• Software literate such as map info, auto cad, mine scope.
• Good health, smart, good personality and hard worker.
• Ability to work in a team and can be a leader.
• Have capabilities to write an geological report with standard report for each drilling report and Exploration report etc.
• Willing to be located at Kalimantan

Job Description :

• Responsible for day to day exploration activities such as drilling, mapping etc.
• Following the project schedule with optimizing the drilling equipments effectively.
• Ensure to manage any problem that incurred during the exploration.
• Pitch design and cost opening pitch.
• Geological data, well side
• Responsible to data singkapan and data bor
• Responsible to pattern coal, prospect area and pit control

HRD MANAGER (code: HM)
Qualifications :

• Indonesian Nationality with 3 years experience as HRD Manager, preferably in mining company.
• Female
• Age 30 – 40 year.
• Master Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Strategic Management with minimum GPA 3,45.
• Candidate must be a self motivator with positive attitude possesses.
• Have experience in handling more than 200 employees.
• Candidate must competent in all HR function (Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance management and Compensation Management)
• Should have strong in labor law & regulation, leadership and communication skill.
• Honest and accustomed to do planning, control and supervision.
• Have strong competency in coaching and counseling.
• Must be willing to travel in plantation site (Kalimantan)
• Have experience in developing Human Resource Information System (HRIS)

Accounting (code: ACC)
Qualifications :

• Indonesian Nationality with at least 1 year experience in Finance, Fresh Graduated are also welcome.
• Diploma or Bachelor (D3/S1) in Accounting from reputable university, GPA 2,80.
• Computer Literate and able to use Zahir Accounting Software.
• Male/Female.
• Single, Age 24 – 30 year.
• Candidate must competent in General Accounting and Balance Sheet.
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure and able to work individual or team.

Cashier (code: CS)
Qualifications :

• Indonesian Nationality with 2 years experience in Cashier or same position.
• Female
• Age 25 – 40 year.
• D3 Accounting.
• Good Health, Honest, Accurate, Active, Good Looking and Good Communication.
• Very good in operational computer.

Job Description :

• Responsible to petty cash, saldo, filing data accounting.
• Responsible to statement of Account, Account Payable and Account Receivable company.

Junior Project Manager (code:JPM) - Kalimantan
Qualifications :

• Indonesian Nationality with 2 years experience in Mining Company.
• Male
• Age 25 – 38 year.
• University degree from reputable university majoring Technical Geology, Mining Engineer with GPA 2.80.
• Software literate such as auto cad, Microsoft Project.
• Good health, smart, good personality and hard worker.
• Ability to work in a team and can be a leader.
• Have capabilities to write reported, management crisis, time critical, schedule project, strong critical analysis, and cost budget.
• Have capabilities to write an geological report with standard report for each drilling report and Exploration report etc.
• Willing to be located at Kalimantan

Job Description :

• Responsible to progress reported for a day to day exploration activities such as drilling, mapping etc.
• Following the project schedule with optimizing equipments effectively.
• Ensure to manage any problem that incurred during the exploration.
• Responsible to schedule project, cost project, critical path analysis and manage team.
• Responsible to  coordination and make relationship with government  involved in project.
