PT Rahman Abdijaya, in its effort to increase coal production to the level of 10MT p.a., by quality work and strong teamwork, invites dedicated professionals to engage in its coal mining operation in So. Kalimantan, for the following position:
Mining Manager to lead mining operations. Graduated Mining Engineer with over 6 year track proven experience in medium-big scale mining operations. Has basic job competencies, including ability to motivate and develop subordinates and bind solid teamwork with fellow colleagues. Reports to General Manager.
Mining Support Assistant Manager to prepare all aspects required to run mining operations, including fleet-match calculation, mining plan and work sequence. Graduated Mining Engineer with over 3 year solid experience in correlated mining operation. Owns basic competencies, including proficiency in utilizing related software and applications. Has strong will to extend high quality support to the mining operations. Reports to Production Manager.
Operation Supervisors Supervise operation in the pit area to ensure mining activities run productively. University education in the field related to mining operations. Has at least 2 year experience in leading production team in mining operation. Has strong leadership and good interpersonal relationship. Reports to related operation Manager.
Field Foremen Leads H/E Operators and supporting team carrying out daily mining operations. Has good academic background in the field related to mining operations with at least 1 year experience in mining field. Has strong leadership and good interpersonal relationship. Reports to concerned operation Supervisors.
Junior Foremen Through in-house training program will be developed to leads H/E Operators and supporting team. Graduated Mining Engineer with good interaction on extra curriculer or student activities. Some experience in mining or other related fields will be an advantage. Has strong motivation to become reliable leaders and good interpersonal relationship.
