Process Engineer
Job Description:
- Prepare documents to support shop floor production
- Able to use process control to improve quality and failure analysis
- Able to work for the new product introduction and operational excellence (6 Sigma, Production System & ISO 9000 : 2000)
- Select & Design M&E, tooling and fixture for welding & assembly
Eligibility:
- Minimum education D3, preferably S1, in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering major
- Have good knowledge to read and interpret engineering drawing, fabrication and assembly process
- Mastery of 2D/3D CAD Software, preferably Pro-E Wildfire-3D Modeling Software
Quality Engineer
Job Description:
- Investigate, analyze & identify for corrective action to support operational excellence (6 Sigma, Production System & ISO 9000 : 2000)
- Mastery in APQP PPAP implementation
- Adhere to establish procedures and process on day-to-day operation
- Deal with Dealer and Supplier to improve process
Eligibility:
- Minimum education D3, preferably S1, in industrial on Mechanical Engineering major. Ability to handle various measuring instrument
- Demonstrated knowledge on Quality tools and problem solving technique
Welder
Job Description:
- Perform manual welding of part during fabrication process
- Able to control welding process to avoid welding defect and distortion
- Able to read engineering drawing and engineering information
- Follow established facility safety policies, safe job procedures and hazardous risk assessments
Eligibility:
- Minimum education Technical High School, preferably D3 in Welding major
- Certified 3 G Weld (GMAW/SMAW)
Supply Chain
Job Description:
- Accountable for production material availability
- Responsible for managing policies, agreements, purchasing programs and supporting new product introduction programs
- Manage day-to-day supplier performance, communication & relationship
Eligibility:
- Minimum education D3, preferably S1, in industrial or Mechanical Engineering major
- Demonstrated knowledge on MRP System, preferably SAP
Human Resources
Job Description:
- To assist in the administration of various human resources services
- To assist in the administration and support of employee issues and problems
- Interact and counsel all levels of employees, to assist and resolve a wide variety of personnel issues
Eligibility:
- University degree in Psychology or management or related discipline in addition, 3-4 years human resources related experience are typically required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality Costumer service oriented and responsive
