People Development Officer
You will be responsible for planning, executing, & evaluating development programs, and also updating competency matrix.
Qualifications :
- Min. S1 degree from reputable University, preferably in Psychology, with GPA ≥ 2.75.
- Min. 1 year experience in HR - Training & People Development field (experience as module developer and/or trainer would be an advantage).
- Good knowledge in Competency-Based HR Management.
- Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
- Having exceptional interpersonal, communication, & presentation skill.
- Confidence, proactive, & able to thrive in fast-paced.
- Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
VM Supervisor (code: VS)
Qualifications :
- Male/Female, not more than 28 years old
- Graduated S1 from Graphic Design/Interior Design/Visual
- Able to operate software program; freehand, 3D, Photoshop, Corel draw, illustrator, and Mac.
- Min. 1 year experience working in visual, designing display, interior design, fashion or art.
- Love fashion and having knowledge in fashion trend
- Having previous experience in setting up window display
- Hard working, initiative and responsible.
- Willing to travel, and also to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
VM Development Supervisor (code: VDS)
Qualifications :
- Male/Female, not more than 28 years old
- Graduated S1 from Graphic Design/Interior Design/Visual Communication/Architect from reputable University
- Able to operate software program; freehand, 3D, Photoshop, Corel draw, illustrator, and Mac. (including trouble shooting).
- Min. 1 year experience working in visual, designing display, fashion or art.
- Good understanding for store lay out based on product characteristic. Ability to operate Digital Print.
- Having experiences in developing VM training module
- Willing to travel, and also to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
Project Area Manager (code: PAM)
Qualifications :
- Male, min. S1 Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Min 5 yrs experiences in handling store project
- Good knowledge of interior design and signage is a must
- Proven track record in managing people and monitoring project
- Good communication & interpersonal skill skill

Brand Manager for Ladies Apparel (code: BML)
Qualifications :
- Male/Female, max 35yrs old
- Min Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Min 5 yrs experiences in fashion retail industry (brand management, promotion & advertising).
- Excellent product knowledge of ladies apparel or other related merchandising
- Strong negotiation skill and decision making
- High business sense & interpersonal skill, dynamic & aggressive.
- Good knowledge of market trend both domestic and global
- Fluent in English & Computer Literate
- Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
HR SUPERVISOR
Qualifications :
- Male/Female, age max. 27 years old.
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology, with GPA ≥ 3.00.
- Min. 2 years experiences as HR Generalist (Recruitment, Personnel Administration, Training)
- Good knowledge in recruitment process. Able to conduct & scoring psychotest.
- Having good logic & analytical ability, strong interpersonal & communication skill.
- Proactive, hardworking person, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced.
- Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate.
