MARKETING & SALES MANAGER
Requirements:
- University graduate with minimum 6 years in marketing or customer services
- Experience of which 5 years to be in managerial positions
- Self-motivated and customer orientated
- Sound problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong leadership including staff coaching skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality with strong presentation skills
- Practical knowledge of pension and investment products
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Proficient in both spoken and written Bahasa and English
PROPERTY Assistant Manager
Requirements:
- Degree especially in real estate or management studies, but open for other major.
- 2. 5 years working experience with administration and architectural knowledge, building management, and project management.
- Having experience in General Affair/Service.
- Knowledgeable in hands-on project management, tender administration, property management and budgeting skills, as well as other basic business principles.
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff within the company and outside parties including contractors, vendors and agents.
- Must be familiar with inner working of renovation and office fitting-out work.
- Sound knowledge of the local property market and leasing administration in particular the office market sector will be an advantage.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity suite and AutoCAD.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Must be willing to travel.
ACTUARY Assistant Manager
Requirements:
- University graduate majoring in Mathematics or Statistics
- Min 3-5 years experiences in Actuarial
- Good analytical and problem solving
- Able to work independently
- Computer literate, especially Microsoft office environment
- Good command in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in life insurance industry is an advantage
SENIOR MANAGER Organization Development & Staff Training
Requirements:
- University graduate with minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Posses public speaking ability, fluency in English both oral and written
- Knowledge of PC applications/advance in MS Office (excel, power point, word)
- Certified in “Seven Habits” is a must
- Having experience in facilitating, especially facilitating senior management position
- Strong analytical ability, creative, initiative and open minded, multi tasking with minimum supervision
- Having strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skill
- Having ability in preparing employee budgeting is an advantage
HEAD OF AGENCY TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, preferably Insurance
- Min. 7 years sales / training experience or more, preferably in consumer banking, credit card marketing and/or insurance
- Able to communicate in English (written and oral)
- Computer literacy
- Strong training background
- Creative with strong business acumen
- Self-driven and result oriented with ability to identify training needs to increase business
- Independent, energetic, and innovative
- Good in communication and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure & overtime
ACCOUNTING STAFF
Requirements:
- Education S1 Accounting with GPA > 2.8
- Age max. 27 years old
- Possess strong knowledge in Accounting
- Excellent in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, etc)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Ready to work under pressure and tight deadline
- 2 Years of working experience in Life Insurance would be advantage
