Chief Operation Officer (Project Management) (Code: COO)
Responsible for construction and operation of power stations

Job summary :
To lead and organize the entire operation function and to establish objectives, policies, standard and operation schedules to ensure quality, quantity and cost effectiveness.

Primary/Main responsibilities :

  • Direct, lead and organize all sections within operation division in order to supply energy to PLN grid system at least 86% during the life of PPA.
  • Operate the plant in order to meet environment standard and other legal requirement relating to pollution and environment.
  • Supervise the repair and maintenance programs as well as operational interfaces in order to meet “good utility practice”, operational procedures and dispatch instruction.
  • Lead the operational committee (2 DHP and 2 PLN) in order to oversight all matters relating to the interconnection between plant and PLN grid system.

Education/skills/experience:
Minimum S1. preferably S2. Hands on experience of 10 years in plant operation and maintenance.

Chief Technology Officer (Engineering, Construction, O & M) (Code: CTO)
Directs engineering, construction, operation and maintenance as well as research & development.
