Qualification :
- Preventive Maintenance
- Breakdown maintenance
- Maintenance
- Support Installation in PE/ Assy Line
- Moulding Machine, generator, compressor, die casting M/C, electrical diagram, pneumatic, hydrolic
- SHS (mechanical/ electronic)
- Experience more tha 5 years
Asst. SPV Part Production
Qualification :
- Machine loading plan
- Shortage monitor
- Shift wise OEE and rejection control
- Man Power control
- 5 S and Kaizen
- Diploma or graduated from mechanical engineering
- Experience 5-8 years
Senior Technician Die Casting
Qualification :
- Operate Machine Die Casting
- Change model
- Trouble shooting
- 5 S and kaizen activity
- Operate machine tap, drill, grinding belt and vibrate machine
- QCC implementation in die casting process
- SHS/ STM
- Experience 3-6 years
Supervisor PE
Qualification :
- New line set up
- Preventive maint of assy lines
- Trouble shooting of line breakdown
- TS-16949 document control for all process
- Basic knowledge of pneumatic and electrical
- Experience 7-8 Years
Asst Manager PE & PM
Qualification :
- Understanding about TPS (Toyota Production System)
- Basic Knowledge of Pneumatic and Electrical
- New assembly line development
- Trouble shooting and problem solving skills
- Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in electrical/ mechanical
- Exp 9-10 years
