Client Relationship Management (CRM Senior Manager)
Responsibilities:
Ability to plan and implement all CRM initiatives, identify the potential CRM clients, as well as approaching, growing and maintaining CRM clients. The brief responsibilities are understand client’s property portfolio, the operation, objectives and plans, and approval process and the organization chart, interact with the client, proposed a total integrated solutions based on their needs and inputs to achieve maximum benefits/ added values for the customers, coordinate with the related business units to develop and implement the approved proposal, and monitor the process and the service delivery quality to meet the client’s expectations.
Requirements:
- Degree holders from reputable university with excellent result.
- Minimum 5 years experience in related field, preferred from service industries.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.

Secretary
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to members of department, including special projects, office workflow, appointments, correspondence, proposals, budgets, data compilation and records control. May perform duties of a sensitive and confidential nature.
Requirements:
- Diploma in secretarial school with excellent results
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
- Must have an ability to correspond and communicate in English

Senior Human Resources (SHR)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for strategic aspect of Human Resources. Have knowledge of Human Resources Information System, industrial relations, training & development, organization development.
Requirements:
- Degree holders from reputable university with excellent result.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology, Human Resources or Law.
- Minimum 5 years experience in related field, preferred from service industries.

Interior Design (ID)
Responsibilities:
Be creative in delivering superior design work, especially in commercial interiors & interacting with clients on all aspects of design from inception to delivery of finished product. Strong in space planning, creative concept development, designs detailing, project coordination, brief-taking & proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Modeling & Construction Detail. Min. 5 years experience in related field & has a background in Architecture.

Responsibilities:
Ability to create, execute & review fitting out project work plans & revises according to the methodology & project standards. Identify resources needed & individual responsibilities. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
Minimizes risk on project & ensures project documents are complete, current & stored appropriately.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Ability to manage the daily operational & tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects by implementing engagement review & quality assurance in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable & successful execution of consulting engagement as measured by corporate goals & customer satisfaction. Manages scope & mitigates risk across multiple projects.
Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience in investment banking and/or has worked in a property consultancy firm or real estate company.

- Proactive, assertive & self motivated, with advanced interpersonal, communication & negotiation capabilities.
Marketing Executive (MKT)
