QA/QC Technician
Responsible for the daily QA/QC planning and leads the QA/QC for equipment servicing. He/She performs 1st line troubleshooting on QA/QC process activities and in addition he/ she will write/ revise SOP’s with a view to continually improving performance. He/ she is also involved in the maintenance, calibration and validation of (new) equipment. It is expected that he/ she is able to execute delegated (QA/QC) tasks relatively independently.
Qualifications Required:
- Competent supervisory skills.
- Good employee interpersonal skills.
- Mechanical, machining aptitude.
- Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Basic understanding of Weatherford oilfield product and operations.
- Good understanding of Non Destructive Testing (NDT level 1&2 certified).
- Good knowledge of instrument/ gages calibration method.
- Basic understanding of ISO 9001, API standard, BS, DNV, AS/NZS and MIGAS regulations.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment.
- Mature, independent resourceful and organized.
- 5 years in supervisory position, ideally within oilfield service company.
