Responsibilities:
The jobholder is responsible to process corporate action events as well as deposit and withdrawal of physical certificate of securities held in Custody and Clearing Vault Department
Requirements:

- Has minimum 1 year experience in securities business background would be advantage

AM Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) And Control (Job Code: SUP – 08)
Responsibilities:
The jobholder is responsible to monitor the process involved in implementing Sarbanes Oxley requirements as well as to assess the adequacy of control process and coordinating the certification exercise on a periodical basis
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university, majoring accounting would be advantage
- Has minimum 2 years experience in banking/financial institution or audit background, if currently working in an audit firm at semi senior or senior level
- Sarbanes Oxley knowledge would be prioritized and preferable
- Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
- Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
- Has a strong drive to succeed
Staff Analytical Portfolio (Job Code: PFS – 08)
Responsibilities:
The jobholder is responsible to regularly disbursement of daily, weekly, and monthly data in Product & Development Department as well as to conduct analysis of customer data, such as Relationship Pricing and CASA movement analysis
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Has strong database management skill
- Has skill in Business Intelligence software, such as SAS, COGNOS, would be advantage
- Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
- Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
- Has a strong drive to succeed

Staff Voucher Control (Job Code: SUP – 08)
Responsibilities:
The jobholder is responsible to process banking vouchers treatment method: Reconciliation, Checking, Scanning, Bundling, Reporting, and Provide Request
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Has strong multi tasking and good problem solving
- Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required

Supervisor Accounting Control (Job Code: SUP – 08)
Responsibilities:
The jobholder is responsible to ensure all HUB daily reports are monitored and reviewed properly as well as to investigate any imbalance appears in daily report and provide solution to department in charge how to settle the imbalance
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Has minimum 1 year experience in accounting or banking/financial institution would be advantage
- Has strong analytical skill, good initiative, and eager to learn
- Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
