Adidas Group - In order to strengthening our sourcing activities, adidas Group, the world famous Sportswear Company, is seeking an aggressive and energetic individual to join our team and take the position of:
MANAGER, PRODUCTION (PM)
Key responsibilities :
- Ensures all production meets our quality standards
- Implements all process controls and procedures
- Works with factories to improve quality and manufacturing efficiencies
Requirements :
- University graduate with min 5-6 years experience in Footwear production is a must.
- Possess strong analytical skills, leadership, as well as the ability to trouble-shoot
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Have a good computer knowledge (Microsoft Windows/Word/Excel/Power Point)
- Have a good command of English
COORDINATOR, COSTING (CC)
Key responsibilities :
- Manages all costing activities in accordance with direction established by Costing Manager
- Creates a mutually beneficial business model with the factories based on agreed standards and an understanding of the special circumstances of each factory
- Ensure all products and processes are developed in accordance to costing targets as well as performance and quality integrity.
- Provides timely, high quality cost information to headquarters, factories and other liaison offices as required.
Requirements :
- University graduate with 2 years of work experience in development/costing in Footwear industry is a must.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Have a good computer knowledge especially Excel
- Have a good command of English
