Electrical Execution Manager (Code: EEM)
Reports to Maintenance Manager, the candidate is responsible to:
- Develops working method in his/her field: defines procedures and ensures that they are implemented.
- Defines and implements the execution process in conjunction with the production manager.
- Ensures proper execution of works and resources, Conduct Risk Assessments before executing any job.
- Direct and coordinates implementation of Electrical Execution.
- Plans maintenance activities in a way that is compatible with overall operation of the plant. Planning is both long term (3 years plan and budget) and short term (monthly or weekly activities).
- Decide the mechanical execution in detail before hands on.
- Responsible of TO. Implementation within Department by the needs of maintenance strategy.
- Reliability, maintain expected life span of equipment and reduce department cost.
- Ensure a safe working condition in the respective working location to support the company’s safety policy.
General Requirements:
- University graduate in Electrical engineering with at least 10 years working experience in an industrial set up, preferably in a cement manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of cement manufacturing processes and its operation.
- Good knowledge of production management & planning, electrical engineering, industrial automation, its installations, operations and trouble shooting.
- Knowledge of interpreting electrical sheets and drawing.
- Knowledge of quality management methods (ISO) and of TPM.
- Knowledge of project management techniques.
- Good knowledge of safety rules and regulations.
- Computer literate for Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa.

Reliability Champion (Code: RC)
Reports to Maintenance Manager, the candidate is responsible to:
- Ensures that the reliability data and information contained in technical document on equipment as base on Reliability action are relevant.
- Ensures that specification written for the purchase services and spare parts are relevant/ accurate and on time.
- Implement that Reliability development project and orders in take into account or smooth turn over to the process owner and ensure that reliability development projects are within the target.
- Studies recurring problems of equipment reliability problem relating to safety and work condition.
- Monitors plant machinery stock levels to ensure no work stoppage/delays during shutdown.
- Prepares with assistance of production people, weekly mechanical and electrical maintenance programs.
- Develops the computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Responsible for compliance of health, safety and environment (HSE) measures and policies within work area.
- Prioritizes safety of oneself and others, i.e. co-workers, life, equipment and properties while inside the company premises and its extension.
General Requirements:
- Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Having minimum 10 years working experience in an industrial set up, preferably in a cement manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance management method of Predictive Inspection tools.
- Strong problem solving and mechanical trouble shooting skills.
- Knowledge of safety laws and regulations of Mechanical Maintenance and plant facilities.
- Good knowledge of cement manufacturing processes and product, mechanics/electricity applied to an industrial set up.
- Knowledge of project management methods, and quality management.
- Knowledge of Lafarge codification system.

Pyro Engineer (Code: PYE)
Reports to Production Manager, the candidate is responsible to:
- Guide and train the CCR operators to operate the plant as per process requirement and as per Lafarge standard.
- Making the decision during any trouble-shooting operation and sharing his experience to the new operators and other operation personal like engineer shift operation etc.
- Operate the plant at the optimum output and defined quality norms.
- To work closely with laboratory and maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the plant at all times, and to jointly solve problems as they arise.
- Set the job objective, effective ways to work and performance standard for respective organization.
- Managing reporting system based on the needs of the respective department (including preparing, checking, and approving the reporting work – based on the function of this position).
- Ensure a safe working condition in the respective working location to support the company’s safety policy.
- Ensure the use of safety equipment by self and other employees while working.
General Requirements:
- Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.

- Deliver specific job to subordinate to execute shop fabrication, modification or recondition as required by other section.
- Supervise in place equipments repair, and ensure its done well as scheduled.
- Assist other job at an incidental time, i.e. plant shutdown.
