PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities :
- Supervise contractors / sub-contractors in order to meet schedule of completion of main plant and its supported systems and to be ready for commissioning
- Cooperate with all designated divisions in order to make sure that all permits & licenses and all legal requirements are duly made
- Sit in the construction committee in order to represent the company in managing plant construction
- Assist management in order to select sub-contractors and in mobilizing skill workers
- May sit in the bid committee in order to process tenders
- Cooperate with engineering group in order to control specification and selected technology of the power plant
Requirements :
- Male / Female
- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Civil or Interior Design
- Has experience min 5 years as Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager in Retail Construction Project, Hotel & Apartment (High Rise Building)
- Able to execute, control, monitor Progress Construction & Fit Out Project
- Able to manage project & team by providing direction leadership
- Computer literate in related field
- Good proficiency of English : Both of oral & written
AUDITOR
Responsibilities :
- Review system operational procedures of the business unit
- Review financial and accounting reports
- Monitor inherent control function and activity
- Develop the company standard operational procedures
Requirements :
- Male / Female, single, max 30 years old
- Possess at least 2 years working experience as Auditor (Internal or External)
- Bachelor degree, preferably major in Accounting with min GPA 3.00
- Good proficiency of English
- Able to speak in Mandarin
- Candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skill, strong analytical skill, proactive and hard working
- Computer literate (Ms Office) & Accounting Program or related field
- Auditor Certificate is an advantage
- Willing to travel
TRAINER
Responsibilities :
Responsible for delivering sales skills training and ensuring the sales teams understand the products, the rates and are motivated to achieve targets.
Requirements :
- Male / Female, max 35 years old
- Bachelor / Master degree from reputable university
- Have min 3 years experience as Trainer
- Able to develop motivational plans for Sales Team to achieve target
- Excellent in Training Need Analysis & Sales Training Concepts
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
- Excellent presentation skills and Training Management
- Proactive, hardworking, disciplined and result oriented
- Good leadership, individual skill and able to work in sales team
- Must have fluent English both written and oral as well as communication skills
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- Good knowledge in Shoes Industries / Products
SENIOR / JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE & TRAFFIC
Requirements :
- Male / Female max 30 years old
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Public Relation, Marketing Communication
- Experience in advertising / production house industry min 1 years for Junior Account Executive & Traffic, and 3 years for Senior Account Executive & Traffic
- Have great sense in design & aesthetic
- Have good network and communication skill
- Have presentation skills
- Computer literate (MS Office, Power Point, etc.)
- Good appearance
- Familiar with some multimedia programs & TV commercial production would be a benefit
- Good proficiency in English
COPY WRITER
Requirements :
- Male / Female max 29 years old
- Bachelor degree in Marketing Communication, Public Relation, English
- Good proficiency of English & Bahasa Indonesia: Both of oral & written.
- Min 2 years experience as Copy Writer
- Good knowledge in Advertising & Production House
- Self-motivated & has interpersonal skill.
- Willingness to work hard & under pressure
- Familiar with some multimedia programs & TV commercial production would be a benefit
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Responsibilities :
- Support all marketing activities
- Process and follow up all graphic design activities
- Responsible for all marketing graphic design (marketing & promotion tools)
Requirements :
- Male / Female, max 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in graphic Design or Visual Communication Design major
- Have min 3 years experience as Graphic Designer / producting print advertisement
- Proficient in Graphic Design application such as: Adobe, Illustrator, Freehand, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Corel Draw, 3D Max, Auto Cad
- Excellent capability in related computer programs
- Capable to make design from Brief and Final Art Work
- Having good knowledge in color coordination & great sense of lay out
- Familiar with some multimedia programs & TV commercial production would be a benefit
SENIOR CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Requirements :
- Male / Female max 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in the related field
- Experience min 3 years in the field of Advertising / Production House
- Have strong conceptual, creativity & enthusiasm
- Able to work in a team and individually
- Have a great responsibility, coordinating and supervising the team
- Familiar with some multimedia programs & TV commercial production would be a benefit
- Good proficiency in English
