Sales Executive (for retail office, residential)
The ideal incumbent will be:
- Male or female, max. 35 years old.
- Min. Bachelor degree of any major.
- Proficient in English, ability to speak Mandarin will be prioritized.
- Proven sales experience with potential leadership qualities, self-starter with excellent Interpersonal skill.
- Experienced in property industries (office, residential & retail) is a must.
- Highly sales driven, target oriented and independent player.
- Possesses good communication & negotiation skills.
Office Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Ability to keep offices occupied with qualified tenants, lead follow up, offices showings for prospective tenants.
- Responsible for tenant relations, to develop rental agreements, select qualified tenants and enforces terms of rental agreements.
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Office/ real estate sales management.
- Ability to lead sales and marketing team with aggressive sales target.
- Strong interpersonal & business communication skills.
- Good leadership and influencing skills.
- Broad client base and network.
Apartment Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Planning and achieving sales targets, develop and execute marketing strategies for business and prospect development.
- Responsible for handling a portfolio consisting of Sales, Marketing as well as Customer Relations.
- Coordinating the various supporting consultants of interiors, construction, structural, electrical and service to evolve executable working drawings.
- Formulating and implementing strategies for marketing and sales of Commercial properties and managing the sales team.
- Responsible for marketing intelligence. Making reports and presentations on growth potentials.
- Customer Relationship Management with individual and corporate clients.
Requirement:
- Good command of English.
- The candidate should have sales experience in Apartment/ Real Estate Industry for a minimum of 4- 5 years.
- Good communication skill.
- Presentable, aggressive in meeting targets.
- Possesses strong customer base and network.
