Human Resources Officer
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology
- Having knowledge and skill in job analysis, procedure of Recruitment & Training
- Experience in Recruitment Officer min 3 years
- English fluency
- Competence in utilizing psychological testing, able to conduct assessment and generate psychological report
- Independent, self-motivated, and well organized with an analytical mind
- Ready to work under pressure & with tight deadline
