PT Synergy Beverage Indonesia - We, a national beverage company located at East Java, are seeking professional, hard worker and dynamic people to fill in staff position with following experiences and skills :
Production Manager ( PM )
General Requirements :
- Having a bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable university majoring Food Technology
- Having minimal 7 years relevant working experience with minimal 3 years in managerial level
- Familiar with an ERP system, factory environment and safety management
- Having working experience in consumer goods industry, preferable from beverage industry
- Having good knowledge of GMP,HACCP, ISO and SMK3
- Hard worker, problem solver and a teamwork player
- Willing to place at our plant at Pacet, Mojokerto, Jawa Timur
Responsibilities :
- Managing all production matters to ensure all Production Department KPI’s are accomplished
- Operating and optimizing all resources, such as: machine, raw material and man power to translate all production planning into finished good in timely and most efficient manner
- Managing Production Department’s capital expenditure and operational expenditure
- Conducting machine and other factory maintenance
- Promote continues improvement in term of quality, service, cost and safety
QC Staff ( QCS )
General Requirements :
- Having a bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable university majoring Food Technology
- Having minimal 3 years relevant working experience
- Familiar with an ERP system, factory environment and safety management
- Having working experience in consumer goods industry, preferable from beverage industry
- Having good knowledge of GMP,HACCP, ISO and SMK3
- Hard worker, problem solver and a teamwork player
- Willing to place at our plant at Pacet, Mojokerto, Jawa Timur
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring all quality of finished good produced meet with standard quality.
- Ensuring all and raw material for production are fulfill standard quality
- Liaising with Purchasing Dept. and Production Dept. to ensure high quality of raw material and finished good
- Promote continues improvement in term of quality, service, cost and safety
Laboratory Staff ( LS )
General Requirements :
- Having a diploma degree (D3) from a reputable university majoring chemical analyst or chemical engineering.
- Have experience using analyzer instruments such as Spectrometer, Gas Chromatography etc.
- Having work experience as a laboratory staff in Laboratory Beverage Company would be a good advantage.
Responsibilities :
- Your main accountability is as a food / beverage chemical analyst, to analys the chemical composition of our beverage product by qualitative and quantitative.
- You have also to operate and take care of all the analyzer instrument within the company.
